The Graduation Stage

This all started last year from our thesis zero where we have to conceptualize a thesis proposal for the next one year of thesis. Research, interviews and ideas are needed.

Followed by the thesis one where the we have to build the proposed project we passed in the STI headquarters for approval. Our thesis project passed, entitled Poultry Farm Feeding Machine (PFFM)

Lastly, the thesis two, the final presentation of thesis in which it is crucial if we are going to finish our project, that will lead us to graduation. The judgement will be the panel defense that happened yesterday. Here's the story....

..... our groupmates and i lack of sleep for a 3 week consecutive developing our thesis project, even the day before our presentation my face is like this------->>> o.0.

We weren't able to finish our circuits, the electronic components aren't working so we are really nervous that we may fail the thesis and we have to take it this summer.

(now i have to go to church and continue writing this later when i get home, ok?. bye)...

now i am back. The scenario yesterday's this:

me going inside the panel room for set-up, the lead panelist noticed our logo in our presentation and said "Is that you logo?", "yes ma'am" i said, "who made it?" "me ma'am" i replied then, "oh, i seen that video in youtube, you're the one who made it? wow, so sti students actually the developers of that? then sti hq must know this, the video is like an animation right?, i thought it was made by U.S. (the logo). When you searh poultry feeding system in youtube your video appears first, then followed by the machine from China."

I was really shocked about her news. Days before and even we wen into the panel room, my groupmates and i are keep praying for a good result of thesis, then just as after and before we start our presentation our lead panelist was impressed already. I was really thinking that this is caused by our prayer, God's first surprise.

We made this video a year ago for our presentation in our thesis proposal in thesis zero. My groupmate uploaded this in youtube and it's getting hits. I am amazed that it's been a year ago and the panelist still have seen it, your work being recognized is something for me as a payment in all of your hard work and heartaches in your journey doing your thesis.

Twitterholic vs. Bloggoholic?

Hey guys. To be honest, my mood really affects my layout andso my layout affects my mood, and the mood affects my writing. It seems like Ihave lost my appetite in writing, I really never thought that this day willcome that I am considering to leave my blog after years of doing it. Reason ofnot leaving is that I think I already made a blogging brand and atmosphere inthe world wide web that’s why I am having thoughts of leaving blogosphere.

Lately, twitter is really getting me, eating me!. I love twitternow, I can’t explain the excitement it gives as I communicate and get instantreplies from different people of different places. I also love the sense oftrends because trending topics really make sense!.

The Instant Arrest Warrant

Whoa, what a day right? I am really following this news andits outcome. This afternoon I think it’s almost reaching its road to ending. Iam shocked how fast the COMELEC filed a case against CGMA and how fast the RTCissued a warrant of arrest. Indeed another history has been written today,another president has sentenced to death I mean to jail.

Well, we all know that CGMA is really guilty as to herfamous “I am sorry” why would you say sorry if you didn't do anything wrong? Andher, being arrested is what she deserves and I commend the PH’s judicial systemfor that fast, almost-a-day-case and action for the election sabotagingpresident.

I am really not against to any whom. I am just a citizen whospeaks my mind and really shouting out my opinion. Just like what I always say,

"events that happen in our country will sooner later affect the citizen, so we really have to talk, speak our mind out, act and change."

My concern is.

How fast? They can make it fast like a day for aperson to be arrested? Why other BIG AND REALLY ALSO SERIOUS CASES LIKEMAGUINDANAO MASSACRE has no result until now? If they can make a case fast to bedecided, then why not do it in other cases?

I have questions and I really wanna hear your voice aboutit.

What do you think about the arrest of CGMA?

The famous misunderstanding between the EXECUTIVE and JUDICIAL Dept.?
If they can make it fast to decide in a case why not to other ones?
If CGMA is abroad now, for instance, do you think she’ll come back to face her arrest?
Do you think CGMA were just getting sympathy? (withher neck braces)

Note: I heard that CGMA and her team, that day that they are supposed to leave to Singapore, they can use another way to enter NAIA, they chose to go to departure area and mix with the media.

MMDA & La Mesa Eco Park Tour

Part of being a student are the tours in different places and field. This semester, for our subjects, we went to MMDA Flood control Center , MMDA Communications and Command Center and La mesa Eco Park.

Tour A.

Departure Time: 6:00 am

Note: We planned to be at the MMDA office @ 9:00 am MMDA said that we should be early as 8:00 am so we have no choice but be early because of the time we will consume in travelling from Bulacan to Makati City.

I was impressed by their hospitality. Though reserving for a slot for a tour in their office is difficult, I consumed 4 days for reserving and the tour will be at the end of the week. So we are quite worried, because if we won’t get this tour our professor will assign us to clean somewhere in Malolos, or maybe helping the Flood situation at Calumpit. :(. Good thing it didn’t happen.

The tour at MMDA is good they are very hospitable, they really entertained our questions. By explaining us their work, I noticed that they are really a serious agency. Good thing we have them, I also believe that there’s no corruption. They have no budget from the president but they still manage to operate and monitor traffic and flood controls. Their system, dedication and ethics in work is excellent. Php 500K for the system of traffic monitoring and semi-automation compare to those big budgets for contraceptives (RH bill) and NBN-ZTE’s haha!. Make sense right?

Tour B.

Arrival Time: Est. Around 11-12 o’ clock @ La Mesa Eco Park

Yeah, toured around the park with the tour guide. We had a peek of La Mesa Dam.

Trivia: When we reached 85% of our tour, our feet are aching because of such a great walk around the park and climbing up the Dam. If you don’t exercise, well, pain is!. The day after the tour I can barely get up off my bed because of multiple body pain, never thought that a walk in the eco park and laddering up to the dam will cause such a pain while under the hot and active noonly sun!

A Signature for Change

Palawan is a paradise. This is also a place where no earthquake will occur (check the web for more further knowledge). I have never been to Palawan and i dream to be there someday. Palawan is a home for two UNESCO heritage sites. Palawan is in the Philippines. Palawan is a wonder in the Philippines and in the world. These are just the reason why Palawan is Palawan.

An episode of MMK is the primary reason of making this post. Yes i know i know, most of my posts are inspired by television shows, most of it are documentaries. But, i believe that the topics that i featured from such TV shows and documentaries has sense and worth blogging for the Filipino and the world to know.

The episode is about a woman who fight for the halting of a mining company in Palawan. (it seems like i am telling the plot here). The woman got blind, though her disability didn't stop he to pursue for the closure of the mining company. What's bad is the governor is in the side of the mining company because he said that the company gives employment.

According to her, this employment is just temporary. Mining will cause more troubles in the long-term, which is true. The mining caused skin diseases to the residence because of using the river's water, so means that the river itself is contaminated by chemicals. Rice farmers also got affected by the mining because the soil is contaminated and planting of rice and other plants will sooner be impossible. These are just some of the effects of mining in Palawan. I don't think that we have to wait for more of the bad effects that will occur until to stop the mining.

Sunset of Life

One of the most valued citizen in the Philippines are thesenior citizens, abuse and maltreatment of elder people is a big issue in thecountry, but it seems like the values for elderly people in the Philippinestoday is quite noticeable.

As observed, family members are also the reason of crueltyto elderly people as compared to those who are no relation to them. In result to this, elderly people are thrownto aged-institutions, which is, considered as the worst nightmare for an oldpeople in the Philippines. (even for me)

When you visit an aged institution in the Philippines, youwill surely hear a lot of stories from the elderlies.

Mostly their stories areabout their youth, their life when they were growing, but most of all, you willsurely hear stories about their family, on how they loved them, they took careof them, their sacrifices, and for some, how everything they did for theirfamily was neglected, how their family cause them emotional and physical woundand being dumped to an institution that is isn’t to be.

Good thing that aged institutions in the Philippine stillhave their values for senior citizens. They take care of them like they are apart of their family despite of lacking in finance for the facilities, operation,healthcare and food support for the old people even until they die inside ofthe institution up to their funeral.

Although, in general, Filipino values for elderly people andto their parents are still alive, yet, it is still important that seniorcitizens must be loved in every remaining days they spend of their loves.Elderly people must be cherished for they are the reason for a community andthe security of the present generation. Lastly, aged institutions must be supported financially so that theywill be able to support more the elderly people whom they also considered as apart of their family.

R. Dan and Company Review

A few months ago, our thesis project needs a conveyor belt that will be included in our defense so that we can present to the panelists an additional module for our thesis. I searched the internet to buy a second hand conveyor belts but i found nothing so i ended to a brand new conveyor belt.

I called the Robert Dan and Co., a company that creates and supplies conveyor belts and paper services. I thought at first that their company is just a small type like front yard business or something. I really had a nice conversation with them at the phone, they are very accommodating.

One of my fear in dealing in business and equipment is that when they know that we (with my thesis group mates) are students they may get an advantage to us by taking the price high, and i am surprised when i said that i am a student they became much helpful, accommodating and understanding.

So i checked out Google Maps to go to their office so that i can personally see their materials, and i am once again satisfied with their accommodation. Everyone wears smile on their faces.

Now, i am personally recommending R. Dan & Co. when it comes to supplier of different types of conveyor belts. They give fair amount and a good quality of products to their customers.

Google Products: Review

For over years, Google has been a helpful tool for everyone of us. I think that Google is the most famous search engines in the world. I am not paid for this post but i just wanna share my experience about Google products.

As a computer engineering student i am fascinated more with software collaborations such as Microsoft 2010, other Microsoft products and especially Google products. I am more into software than gadgets, yet gadgets is second in my techy/latest list.

I became more familiar with Google products last year when i started our thesis. Google products helps me collaborate with my team members and i want to share the news with you guys so that you will also have the powerful Google collaboration experience.

Let's start with blogging.

We have Blogger.com. Picasa web and Picasa 3 for desktop.

Blogger.com - I like their new interface, to all blogger.com users there, i know you know what i am saying. What do you think about it? it's true that their new platform is clean. I am actually watching out for the release of the new platform since they released the teaser for the upcoming reinvention of Blogger platform. Blogger is the most easiest way to blog, provides collaboration, personalizing, customization and sharing! You get the most of blogging here, just name it, and they have it! :)

Picasa 3 for desktop - When you are both using Picasa web and blogger, using this product is convenient especially in photo sharing and uploading to your blogger blogs. Once you have your photo in your desktop, you can easily upload them using Picasa 3 desktop all the way to your Picasa web album or to your blogger blog, you can minimize it while uploading and start doing other things. Tsk tsk...

I want to thank myself for using "Artistic World" as a title of this blog. I used this because i love art, and through art and blogging, i express myself in a way that i will expand my skills and being RESPONSIBLE.

Art. People use this to express, to be heard. Sadly, it seems like the essence of RESPONSIBILITY IN ART is gone today in artists. For the sake of art, they express, without even considering parties that may be affected by expressing.

We are all allowed to express what we feel because we live in a democratic country, but we know that this has a limitation, a limitation of Respect, Responsibility and Awareness.

I am sad for this "so called-art?":

Very poor. Call me narrow-minded, but i tell you. I am Hurt. It seems like this is no longer for the sake of art anymore but "For the Sake of Expressing". Art and Expression is no longer singing in the same rhyme in this exhibit.

Yes, you explained that you have already brought your art to the different parts of the world yet only the Philippines is the only country that criticize your art. Man, think, PH is different, it has it's values, it's respect and responsibility.

tsk tsk tsk, i don't wanna hurt you expressionist because of my words, but i just wanna tell you that watch what you're doing because you may hurt parties by your expression. I know i am an amateur and you are a pro, but how come that you are a pro yet it seems that you don't your responsibilities as an expressionist?

I am hurt because i don't want my Lord to be humiliated in that way. Those Christians who say that "I am a Christian but i am not offended by this art" for me is not really a real christian. A real Christian lives by the Glory of the Lord, and part of it is your will to protect your Lord, your Father in to any way of disrespect and humiliation. A real Christian feels what his Lord Feels. So you think that this art is just fine for Him? His face is painted with scary form of expression, accented with some sort of sexual symbols?

Yes, the symbols may not be representing Jesus and it may be created by human, but, the symbols that is created by man is a way of communicating to the Lord.

Bottomline:

As an Artist, it's a package of Respect and Responsibility. I believe that when you don't have these two quality, you will never be considered as an artist, but as an expressionist itself.

Iam Hurt as a religious person. I believe in Christ and i don't think that this form of expression is an art.

If i will going to express myself and i am a Christian, i will not express in this way or to any parties that may humiliate them. We all have different ways of expression, but we need common things to be successful as an artist despite of our differences. These things are: Art, Responsibility and Respect.

If i will going to express i won't hurt parties, such as Muslims, any religious organization, people and culture.

FYI: The expressionist is not a believer to any religious practices, as what i saw in the news, that's why maybe he doesn't know his limitations.

Artistic World: Memory Lane

This morning I got a comment for my Spiritual Warfare post. I was frightened when I read that he is an occultist, then I realized. It’s my writing that’s effective. It’s me affecting other, maybe waking up their sense.

Why do you blog? Is it just about personal?, I just wonder.

Me, I don’t know. At first, I want to release my thoughts in a manner that I can expand them. Then this has become my career . Then my channel. Now, to use this to move people, to use this as my way of expressing, not just about my personal thoughts but more on social issues and nationalism. After all, the root is to express, it’s up to you if what would you want to express.

Personally I want to write my blog in a more nationalistic way by using my own language, Filipino. This has maybe an influence from bob ong’s “Bakit Baliktad Magbasa ang mga Pilipino” and from Rizal himself, but I also want the world to know who I am (by using English language), so that they can understand my viewpoints.

I am very much glad whenever people commend my works, if they comment something that we are in common for a same topic, against, or anything that I know I have moved them in a way.

“Hindi mahalaga kung anu ang pinagkakasunduan natin, ng ideya, ang mahalaga, masabi mu sa akin kung anu ang gusto mung sabihin, ang view mo sa topic at ng mainform tayu ng isa’t-isa mula sa magkaibang ideya” ------Bilingual yan.

Eto yung para sa’kin ay naging effective akong blogger (kumbaga sa artista, effective akong kontrabida yung naiinis ang mga fans ng bida at tipong gusto nila akong sunugin pag nakita nila ako sa personal.).

Valentine Date: 0% Part I. - A love triangle happened. Most of my real-life friends and classmates visit my blog just to know the story and read the post. Boylet and me fought. Girlet in the middle. Years later, we are good friends. Happy ending.

A Tribute for Her - I consider this as a memory of a great Filipino woman who did not afraid to fight for the freedom of Filipino people. This post awakes this generation's youth of what they should be thankful for which is the freedom from the regime.

Ang post ko ngayon ay tungkol sa RH Bill. Alam ko, oo, hindi na ito dapat pang pag-usapan sapagkat hindi na ito naipasa, pero bubuhayin at bubuhayin pa rin ang panukalang ito sa mga darating na panahon.

Kaarawan ni Rizal, ng ating pambansang bayani. Ang mga istasyon ng telebisyon ngayon ay punong puno ng mga programa tungkol sa kanya (at nasisiyahan akong panoorin ang mga ito). Napakarami kong napulot na mga aral mula sa kanya at dahil sa mga ito ay nahimok akong kumilos bilang isang kabataang Filipino. “Kabataan ang pag-asa ng Bayan”.

Mas maraming buwis na nakukuha sa Maynila kaysa sa ibang probinsya sa bansa, sapagkat mas marami ang naninirahan dito. Mas maraming tao, mas maraming buwis at pang-pondo.
Mas marami ang Populasyon ng mga karatig nating bansa sa asya tulad ng Japan. Mas maunlad sila sa atin. Bakit? Inuuna nila ang sarili nilang mga produkto (hindi Made in China), tama ang paggamit ng pondo at walang kurakot. Nagsisimula ang kurakot sa mga Kandidatong inihahal natin sa Eleksyon.
Sa mga bansang mas marami ang mga matatanda tulad ng Canada at Finland, kumukuha sila ng ibang mamamayan mula sa ibang bansa upang magpatakbo sa kanilang mga negosyo, ari-arin at mag-alaga sa kanila sapagkat maliit lamang ang populasyon nila. Hindi nasiguro ang kinabukasan, Ibig sabihin, pag marami o katam-taman ang populasyon, nasisisguro ang sususnod na henerasyon ng bansa. Walang magiging dayuhan.

Ang lagay na ito ay gagamitin niya upang ipang-kain ng kanyang pamilya dahil, wala siyang hanapbuhay. Kahit dalawa lang kayo ng anak mu, hindi mu siya mapapakain ng maayos o mapag-aaral kung paglalabada ang trabaho mu, tapos bibigyan ka pa ng contraseptibs? Anak ng condom, gusto nila trabaho at edukason sa kanilang mga anak.

Simple lang bakit kaylangan pang pahirapin ang equation?

I am suppose to be posting my view about the RH bill right now but my emotions are once again crapping my mind that limits me to think and write a good post about the issues that our country faces. Though i won't post those issues for this entry it can wait for the next post, i think i will going to make a trilogy post about the issues that bothers me here in the Philippines, in which two of it are inspired from the documentaries of GMA 7 News TV. *ohhhhhhhh excited*

I know you wonder what are those that bother me, well let me use this opportunity to share my feelings with you.

As a graduating college student there are a lot of issues and aspects of my life that affect me. Career and lovelife are the two main aspects. Which will you choose? your career (of course) or lovelife (that inspires you to go on with your career).

Lovelife. I have been eyeing this girl for almost a year now, i mentioned her in a post already (Click this to know the story) .For a month, i've been calling her. I know she treats me as her friend and um, yeah, i was wondering what could we be? haha. Then just a few weeks ago she invited me to come to an event where she's a part. *Siyempre ang lolo mu may effect na hindi kuno pupunta pero excited* . Then i was there, i was with our school's communications department for a tabulation of votes for the event. She looked for me. And.....yeah, i saw her again after months of not seeing her, i wondered how she became, the changes. *siyempre ang lolo mu kinilig, pero hindi ko pinahalata*. Althroughout the night i was only looking ONLY to her. She's so beautiful though there are a lot of beautiful girls at that night.*Siyempre hindi ako nakatulog pagkauwi namin, nakatulog man, siya pa rin ang laman!, haha keso?*.

I asked her out and she accepted. I thought of going out to a mall but i think it'll be romantic to go to Luneta. That's my dream date actually, and with her, yeaaaaaah, ~~that's a very dream come true!~~. hell men! yeah!. But i still don't know a lot of details about her, baka naman panay ang pagkahulog ko iba na pala ang nasalo niya. And i was so damn right!, she's taken already and i knew it at the night before we went out. So, the excitement for the date turned dowwwwwwwwwwwwwn!. But i was still hopeful.

The day of the date came. I was nervous. Mr.OC. I didn't tell anybody until the date happened, i was not certain until it happened. She's late for like 3 hours or four and i was nervous that she might won't show up but thank God she came. On our way she keeps on mentioning her boyfriend, her life and her problems, of course i have to be sympathetic, or else she'll find me arrogant. I bet she's upset when we're on our way to Luneta cause; a date to Luneta at 5pm?, what the?, her boyfriend calling and some issues keep on coming on her head. then went on, talking again about her boyfriend that i wish i could make her forget about him and her issues and just enjoy the day.

Then the ride to kalesa happened. *on our way to Rizal monument, ngumiti si manong kutsero samin, nagkatinginan kami at nagkangitian at "hhhhhmmm, tara!", "tara!"* ~~My dream is to ride on a kalesa with a girl,~~ my love, but a single and has no issues. So that was isn't a dream come true. Suddenly i realized, it's her day, it should be and i should make her happy. ~~We enjoyed it. Yes we really did~~. We were like, "i wish we could extend this day!". Then she said "why don't we come back here by next year, with the same kalesa, same time and day?". I am not sure about the future so i did not promise but i said "I'll try" We went over to some historical places around the metro, with this girl, we're happy, perfect!.

After that, we went down to the same place where we took the kalesa, Then the lights and water show amused her and said "wwooooooooow, ang ganda". The moment she said that, she held my hand and pull me to go nearer, then there's a music *Kulang nalang camera pelikula na*.My heart was beating fast. I WAS IN LOVE AT THAT MOMENT!, oh yes i was.

She told me she's happy, she have forgotten her problems, we were holding hands i bet. I would love to kiss her but this is only our first date and there are a lot of people there. *iskandaloso*. And she's taken!

We plan to go home early but, we enjoyed the day that it's almost midnight when we came home. I was holding her hands as we cross the streets of manila and as we go home. We were talking so many things about us, both of our lives, family, individuality, plans and things. I would Love to repeat that jeepney chat *Front seat* from Manila to Bulacan.

I am still inlove until to this very moment that i am reminiscing our date. She's my first date. She's not my first love but definitely she's my friend and i know that. I love her, that i would kiss her if I'll see her again, even if she'll get mad after reading this post or while I'm kissing her. If that kiss happens, she'll also be my first kiss!.

Career? i bet i have lost my emotions and text to write something about it now cause obviously, the post is too long that i am overwhelmed by that girl and of our day together. Also, i think my career, thesis and engineering life has been said to much already!.

PS: To you little girl, i don't know what future will bring us. Be brave, i know it'll be a long and tough journey. Just be happy and I'll probably come back to luneta by next year and i hope that i will see you again! :)

Confession of a Methodist

My blog is very sloooooooooooooooooow, right?. vacation, yes i know it is but, just like any blogger, there's always a time that you have to look for inspirations for you to write down your emotions. Bloggers are like authors, they need inspiration so they will be able to write a good story.

My story is about faith. This has nothing to do with holy week but i bet it's about me being addicted to Christ. Who would have thought that i am actually typing those words right now, even me alone didn't, yes i am a christian, a Methodist since birth, but my faith for God is just average before i think i am born again just few weeks ago.

In the bible, said that in order for you to follow and obey Jesus you have to be born again, and i believe after i have accepted Christ in my life i am born again. I just feel today that i am at the peak of my relation to God, i sometimes dream about strange dreams, actually just this morning, what did i say?, i said in my dream "Come all ye my disciples...." oh, i am not saying that i am God but i think this is more about preaching. OMG, preaching?, i don't know, i seriously don't know, i sometimes dream of becoming a pastor but i thought it'll be dull, but lately i thought that God will provide my needs, so there will no worries about my needs.

You know me guys, you know that i am serious about finishing my career, being an Engineer and become wealthy,not too much like pacquiao but you know atleast able to buy without considering the price tag. I pray, i always do to ask God what's my purpose here, my calling. I even told Him that if he gonna use me,use my talent or hobbies so that i won't find it hard to do it. You know what, i am into public speaking, and you know that oration is about speaking to people, so, is this His plans?, eversince?, for me to use that speaking and talkative talent for good, for people.

I am only considering it don't worry, i will still be an engr., maybe this thoughts that i have in my mind is just a product from this morning's dream of mine. I have prayers and those are answered, i mean YES they all, that's why i am telling you to pray too, solemnly, lock yourself in a room, don't let anyone disturb you and believe that you will be answered, and you really will.

I am a living testimony that PRAYERS WORK.

They sometimes say whenever i tell my family or my friends about words from bible that " Magpapastor ka ba?" my aunt sometimes said also that "Baka sa susunod na makita kita Steve pastor ka na". So what's next to me? Only God knows. I am just so overwhelmed by his love.

All the way up north

I really wanna share those things and places that i have been at these past months, that's why i always bring my digital camera with me every time i am in the field. As part again (i hope that you won't think that this is enough) thesis 0, we've been so many places for data gatherings, interviews and research. I usually divide my team mates to different types of labor, so me aside from the documentation, is assigned that day to go to Pampanga and Nueva Ecija to visit a poultry farm because if you know our thesis is about automated poultry farming named "Poultry Farm Feeding Machine".

Aside from Pampanga and Nueva Ecija we also went to Department of Agriculture and forwarded to Bureau of Animal Industry, good thing as compared to other government agencies, t~~hese agencies are very accommodating~~. They even gave us cds, brochures, data, interviews and they said that if the outcome of the project is good then they will consider our thesis and will be posted to their website for referrals.

Ok let's back all the way up northen Luzon------Pampanga, i've seen the Mt. Arayat, i were just at the bottom of this mountain because the location of the poultry farm that i was visiting is there. The main business of people there is poultry farming (Chicken), it's like poultry farms here and there. I always thought that the "province image" can only be seen down of the Philippines, the Visayas and Mindanao part but i was wrong, the place, the people, the language, the atmosphere is very visayan and very urban. So, learning again, you would know if the place is a province already if:

The language is different
The houses are made or a combination of a concrete and nipa.
The road is made of asphalt and soil.
There are rivers, huge rivers.
The houses are far to each other
There are lots of trees especially mango trees, banana and buko.
The houses have their own yards.
There are rice farms and mountains somewhere far.

Adarna: A vintage experience

I had a long break from writing and it seems like i don't know how to do it again that my senses are not so used about thinking while typing the words that are from my mind!. Still, i miss blogging, i want to share all those potential posts that i thought when i am out and doing my real-world agendas. Those potential posts will be in series 'cause i really want you all to know how great life is so as the world.

Being in college and while doing our thesis, i have been to many places for data gatherings, interviews and other thesis-related stuffs. I went to northern and central Luzon. I even memorized EDSA routes, haha.

As part of our fulfillment in one of our subject, we went to ADARNA Food and Culture Restaurant. This restaurant showcases the Filipino Cuisine and the touch of Spanish and older eras. According to our tour guide, the place is really a house and converted into a restaurant. The antique pieces are combination of the original owner of the house and collection of Adarna's owner. You will be fascinated with the place because all of the rooms have different unique collections, pieces, pictures, books, something that is vintage is there.

About the cuisine, they offer regional flavors from northern to southern Philippines (specialty of every regions). As I've heard, they use natural spices and flavorings to prepare the foods they offer that makes it taste original, unique and vintage. While you're there, you won't hear any modern songs but oldies like sad movies, put your head in my shoulder, etc.

So, if you want to travel into the vintage Filipino culture, if you want to celebrate you Pinoy blood, if you're looking for uniqueness and great Filipino cuisine, Adarna Food and Culture Restaurant is the place where you must be.

They say that if you want to earn money and have a decent life, employment is important. It is also much advisable that you must invest in a business, stocks and be into business-related industry. Business has different means and strategies so as earning. It is advisable that you start up and identify your own business, but if you have no idea, you can start buying stocks. EDSA on its 25th

Kamusta aking mga kababayan?. Maligayang araw ng kalayaan!. Ngayon ay ang araw na bukod tangi sa lahat kung saan ang diwa ng EDSA ay nasa ating lahat. Ako, bilang isang kabataang Filipino ay masaya sapagkat aking tinatamasa ang kalayaang ibinigay sa'kin ng mga kababayan ko noon. Ako ay masaya sapagkat makalipas ng 25 taon ay nasa ating mga puso pa rin ang diwa ng EDSA. Kung tutuusin dapat tayo ay magpasalamat dahil ang pagiging Filipino ay katangi-tangi, at ang EDSA ang patunay nito.

Sa bagong henerasyong ito ng mga Filipino, marami ang kabiguang naidudulot sa imahe ng bansa. Ngunit naisip ba natin?, ~~sino nga ba ang nagluklok sa pwesto ng mga pulitikong nagpapahirap satin?.~~ Naisip ba natin, sino nga ba ang hindi tumutulong sa kapwa at makasarili?. Ang lipunan ba?Ang gobyerno ba?. Sino nga ba ang nagpapadumi sa imahe ng bansa?. Sila ba na latak sa imahe ng bansa? hindi ba't tayo ang dapat sisihin?. Palagi nating hinihingi ang pagbabago sa gobyerno ngunit ikaw ba, anu ang pagbabagong naibigay mo sa bansa mo?

Umpisahan natin ang pagbabago sa ating mga sarili. Una, sa halalan, bomoto tayo ng mga pulitikong karadapat-dapat nang sa gayon magkaron ng pagbabago sa gobyerno at mabawasan ang mga nagpapahirap sa atin. Tumulong tayo sa ating kapwa nang sa ganon ay maitaas ang ating moral. Ipagmalaki ang Pilipinas, ang kultura at kaugalian sa mga dayuhan at sa ibang bansa nang sa ganoon gumanda ang imahe ng bansa sa mundo. Kung sisimulan natin ito sa ating mga sarili, hindi ba't magkakaroon ng pagbabago?.

Naipakita na natin sa mundo ang nagagawa ng kapangyarihan ng Filipino. Magagawa natin ito ulit sa pamamagitan ng paguumpisa sa ating mga sarili. Huwag na nating siraan ang ating bansa, ~~tayu lang ba ang mayroong bansa na palaging may pagkakamali?~~, hindi ba't marami pang bansa ang higit na nasasadlak sa kahihiyan at kontrobersiya?hindi ba't marami ding bansa ang may mga tiwaling gobyerno?. Huwag na natin itong ibida at ikahiya pa. Sa halip, ipagmalaki natin ang mga Filipinong nagbibigay sa ating ng karangalan. Sasapat na ba si Rizal at Bonifacio noong panahon ng kastila?, sasapat na ba si dating senador Ninoy Aquino at si dating Pangulong Cory Aquino?, sasapat na ba si Manny Pacquiao? si charice? si Arnel?si Venus Raj?.Sasapat na ba EDSA I, ang sabi nga sa kanta:

Masdan ang nagaganap sa aming bayan.
Nagkasama ng mahirap at mayaman.
Kapit-bisig madre, pari, at sundalo.
Naging Langit itong bahagi ng mundo.

Sana'y sapat nang dahilan iyan upang ipagmalaki natin ang Pilipinas. Kung nais natin ng pagbabago, sa sarili natin mag-uumpisa ito. Hindi ba't likas sa ating ang pagiging bayani?.Ngayon, maging bayani ka at simulan mo ang pagbabago!.

By looking good for a medical personnel they can gain respect from others because of their physical appearance, they can also boost their self-confidence because of the respect they gain from their working environment just because of maintaining a good pleasing and physical personality. Having a pleasing physical feature and by feeling good, a medical personnel can perform tasks excellently in the hospital or to any patient that they take care with.

"But how to look good, fashionable and feel good while wearing your hospital uniforms or medical outfits?"

Medical scrubs are one of the most known attires of a medical personnel. You can look good by wearing fashionable and neat scrubs, scrubs hat and white coats. It is also necessary for you to have scrub sets so that you can change your uniforms and maintain that pleasing and neat look. It is important that as you maintain that pleasing and clean yet fashionable look, you should still feel good as your wear them. Remember that a neat yet fashionable look should meet a good and comfortable type of clothing. You can wear cotton scrubs so that you feel good and comfortable as you do your tasks in the hospital or to your patients. Wearing cotton scrubs that are comfortable with you can maintain that neat and pleasing yet fashionable look, can boost your patient's respect onto you and can enhance your self-esteem.

a HUG tonight

"Today is your Grandpa's death anniversary, pray before you go to school!"

That's the first sentence that i heard when i woke up today. I actually remember that yesterday as me and my team mates make our thesis documentation. So today, as i get up before removing my body from bed i prayed to God to take care of our beloved grandpa.

I go to school. I minded our thesis the whole day without even thinking and caring that next week is our pre-finals. Just didn't listen to much with my professor's discussion. Stayed at the library for six hours. Went home. Alone. Ate chicken's blood barbecue (dugo). Ate. Ate. Watching TV. Then they arrived from school.7:00 pm. My aunt said:

"Have you prayed?"
"Yes i did, this morning..."
"How about tonight after you got home?"
"Nope."
"You should"
"Wait, i'll take utoy outside for a walk"

Then, as i am outside. I remember Papa Lolo. I am wearing his big slippers. It's like 12" in size, It's one of his remembrance to us, his belonging. He's very own. I remember his clothes, the way he laughs, he's smile. He's face that is so handsome, for he that has a Spanish blood that i wonder i didn't even had a mix of it with my blood. Then i went home. My aunt said:

"C'mon let's pray together, light a candle. Do you know a song?"

"Me?, what song?. No. You?"
"No."
"No"
"Okay let's just pray". Then we prayed.
"Steve it's your turn".
I prayed. Then i suddenly sing. I see a light as i sing. I feel like my tears started to float into my closed eyes. I'm keeping it not to fall for i don't want them to see me sad. Still sad after my beloved granny's death.
"Ok. Amen".

The Serpent

I was into books and novels last year but for this year i am declining onto that for i think i have to prioritize my studies and religious life. I have 5 novels that haven't been read and now i am into bible reading and discovery. But before i came to that i have finished pieces of novels and i liked two of it that has a significance about one symbol----------"A serpent eating its own tail", the Ouroboros.

I knew about this symbol when i read the best novel i have ever read, entitled: The Sanctuary by Raymond Khoury. This scie-fi novel tackles about the longetivity of man's life, how it is possible for a man to live longer,the science discoveries that is being conducted, its history, the collateral effect, and how will this affect the future and the lifestyle of men. The twist about this novel is about the generations; present and ancient that discovers the blood line of the protagonists, and the relation of the symbol of ouroboros. The ancient time is about the western culture, the politics and the secret of using the book that tells about the secret of man's way to live longer than the usual or immortality. The present is about the middle-east and american war, about the armed forces yet the secret beyond it, the alchemy, their hidden agendas and connections, the mystery and the relation of the science studies of man's immortality to ouroborous.

The second book that i read that relates with the ouroboros is about the rivalry of twin sisters Alice and Lia of the book Guardian of the Gate, a sequel book of Prophecy of the Sisters by Michelle Zink. The battle of two sisters for their love, for powers, one sister versus another, good versus evil. The magic and the mark of a serpent eating its own tail onto Lia's pulse is the relation of the ouroboros.Check the official website, you will see that the loading icon is the serpent click this.

I am just amazed that this ancient symbol is still use and exist today in modern literature and how it is artistically used by novelists and writers to give their works twists.

But do we actually know what lies inside the ouroboros symbol? A serpent eating its own tail that symbolizes infinity and man's longetivity?

I love music and i am very much into it. Once i feel bad, mixed emotions, happy, travelling music is always with me, or should is say into all of us 'cause the type of music that we are into represents the way we feel and our personality.

Bamboo is one of the great Filipino bands that the Philippine music industry has, they are one of the rock legends and the band behind the songs "Noypi", "Probinsyana" and "Tatsulok" that really symbolizes nationalism and the shout of youth to the government and to the society. I love there music so much that it makes me wanna sing all over and over and over again. Their acts, everything but now, they are disbanded. Yes, you read it right, they are.

Though they are disbanded their music will always be in our hearts. But don't be sad for they will still continue doing their last album together.

There are other bands who also disbanded like Hale which was also great and is behind the songs blue sky, The day you said goodnight, waltz, Bahay Kubo(Nipa Hut), my mom's favorite Sandali na lang(Just a moment), Broken Sonnet, Kung wala ka (If you're not here) and Shooting Star and the Band Sugar Free that popularized the song "Hari ng Sablay" and the song "Makita kang muli" that was used for the TV show Panday.

I sing:

"'Cause there's a blue sky waiting tomorrow, waiting tomorrow, maybe it's all we need..."

1.Tatsulok - Triangle in English and the song is about the society's poverty and imbalance and the abusive rulers of the nation.

3. Noypi -in a reverse tagalog word which is Pinoy or Filipino that is about being proud of being a filipino, accepting the physical traits and celebrate being globally-competitive, brave, tough, strong yet kind-hearted, warm, generous and a God-fearing Filipino.

Higit sa lahat salamat sa blog na ito dahil napagbubuhusan ko ng sama ng loob!. anu pa ba ang pwede kong i labas na problema?.......wala na siguro. ah ayun,dahil sa loob ng isang linggo, Sunday lang ang pahinga ko at 5 hrs lang pag Sunday. Ok naman dahil pag weekend naeenjoy ko naman ang extra curricular activity ko tulad ng Career factor at Church activities. Tama na.

I opened my FB account and again, i got a message from the closest friend of mine. She's very dear and she really deserves a post and the best from me.For all of the people i know, she's the only one who knows me, treat me as me, not being a Steven Dela Cruz, not treating me as a celebrity (feeling ko kasi artista ako nayong gabi kaya pagbigyan niyo na ko) but as her friend, as a human that possesses the best of this world that only the stars have. Our communication is not easy, i can't reveal her personality for we communicate secretly because of her conflicts (lovelife), yet i don't blame her for that. By this way, we still feel each other virtually. This mutual understanding.

Thesis 0 Initial defense

Hooday everyone!!!.

Now the second week of 2011 is on-going, for this week there are only few things that has to be done, in other words, not-so-busy. Last week, we had our initial thesis defense(title defense) in which we presented our efforts from the vacation of December 2010. I am just sad that the panelists did not saw most of our video presentations but the verdict is good and their feedback were OK, they did not criticize our projects and I'm glad that i think we gave them good proposals, as what our Dean said when he talked to our section saying "OK, BSCOE 4th yr. your thesis proposals are very promising..." all the efforts are worth-it though my expectations were not met. Yes, ~~they have a verdict~~ and have chosen what proposal will be forwarded on the next defense in February, but still i will give you a choice in which thesis proposal would you like to be invented:

I'll tell you which of these were approved by next time and will surely give you updates about it. This will also help those who are looking for BS Computer Engineering possible thesis proposals.

Question: Do you know someone who sells 2nd-hand barcode scanner? we badly need it!, please!!!! ~~for as low as Php.1,500!!~~, we will use it in our project and we are very interested in buying it! please tell me here or email me: stevevhan@yahoo.com

I'm in Communications Dept. kasi sa school and the dept has an organization called MAGS, the members, like me, should be a role model, like following the school rules and regulations, good attitude, etc. The organization helps the comm. Dept. to promote the school in High Schools kaya kaming mga member ang ate't kuya ng mga HS students so we have to be a good and a role model to them. Baka kasi pag nakasakay ko ang isa sa kanila sa jeepney eh makita nila graggy ang outfit ko naturingang sa STI pa man din nagaaral at kuya nila!, ahahaha. Yun ang kwento :)

Hooday everybody!, it's one week already after new year but i have done lots of things i am sure that you also had a busy week eh?. Um, i actually not the type of person who makes new year resolutions and wishlist for i think it won't work on me, so, for the year 2011, i did not make any but instead, make my tasklist for i have to accomplish the list.I still realized i had to start the year right, so making new inspirations, reinventing, like my blog, i will be consistent on this. My fashion for this year will be more trendy rather those years of my life in which i didn't care about my oily face while i am walking or if i am wearing a nice outfit, i was like johnny-depp and cowboy look(those dirty looking one), but now, since i think i became an icon, i have to look good anytime!, ahahaha. I think kasi nagiging good looking ako dun!, ahahahaha. That's why whenever i wear nice clothes t~~hey say WOW~~, kasi they use to see me dirty-looking! ahahahaha.

Happy new year everyone. Oh, we are so done with our thesis presentations, but we'll talk about that next time for now i'm up to make a year-end special post. I want to add a different recipe on this post, i won't be posting anything about what happened this year, or anything about to look forward to by next year, this post is actually what's on my mind until today. This is about what I've seen on the TV last night at Bandila----a late night news program. Since yesterday was Rizal day and also the day when we finished our thesis presentation so i have to make this post for him.

In the news, the house of Jose Rizal's mother-------Teodora Alonzo is being dimolished by the developer who bought the house from Rizal's clan. They say that "It's not the house of Rizal, that's her mom's" the point is, if there's no mother there's no child, right? so how come that they don't even give importance to it? it's a disrespect in our history, even if i am Rizal, i will be mad at them for they don't respect my family's property. Even the vendors who sell at the sidewalk at Alberto's don't know the history of the house. A vendor said ~~" That house?what's that, i don't know anything about that"~~

It seems like we are forgetting something important in our history. Let us always remeber that becuase of Rizal and other heroes who sacrificed their lives, we are tasting the sweetness of independence today. ~~I hope that as the new year comes, the government especially our president NoyNoy Aquino should take an action about this!.~~

I Condemn this kind of disrespect in our National hero Jose Rizal, in our History and thus, on the Philippines!

MMFF 2010 Top 6 movies

Hello everyone? How's you Christmas? Merry Christmas!

Me, i started this morning in church and had myself a Christmas mass!. My memory of this Christmas is when as the offerings are on-going, my church mate sings "Have yourself a merry little Christmas" , i can really feel the Christmas as she sangs the song, i love Christmas for this day gave me lot of adventure, foods and presents for my God-daughters and from my loved-ones.

I have lots of plan posts, but i just don't have the time to post 'em here, actually i suppose to post this entry last night but anyways, at this time we may knew the results of MMFF, i will still do my own rankings of movie entries for this year.

I really find the movie-entries of MMFF for 2010 excellent 'cause even me have having a hard time choosing the best movie for this year compare to the previous years of MMFF. Let's start the rankings, i'll just do my top 6, ready?

6.Father Jejemon - though this movie gone such issue about the holy sacrament, this still deserves to be viewed for the lessons (as said as the description of the movie) this movie gives. Because of the issue the movie had, still the king of Philippine comedy have shown his being as an artist, his stand as the one who takes the whole responsibility of the movie and most especially him as being a responsible follower of Christ. Let's support this for the lessons of the movie will bring and as a support to the one and only comedy king of the Philippine entertainment!

5.Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote - Yes, the two kings combined and for sure, as what everybody says, that this movie will hit the box-office and will be the top-grossing movie of 2010 MMFF. For me, i will still choose to watch the movie that i think will give me satisfaction and gives me the taste of hard work, history, sense and art. I am not saying that this movie don't have those for i know the stunts, the costumes and the set are really custom made, it is just that, this movie has been already, every year, there are only different kinds of twist but still somehow, the story is the same. This is just not my taste of film but still a must-see movie for the two kings worked together to give us the taste of comedy, action and magic!.

4.Dalaw (Visit) - Kris Aquino. I like her. Most of the people don't, ahahaha. I don't know but maybe because for me she have proven herself in the last horror movies she made, that are really box-office and for the stories are original, the twists, the story-line itself. The cast is not that powerful but for i now this is something a worth-see for the mystery the story gives, this movie gives me these questions on my mind " Who's that someone following her? and want to give her a visit?" and " What's the mystery of kris aquino's character?"

3.RPG Metanoia - I AM SO AMAZED. For those in the field of animation, IT, 3D and virtual arts, we know that this is something hard to make, this is something FIRST!, and something that the Philippines has to be proud of that the Filipino's Can just like the other country can. Lately, i am using Google sketch up and i know how hard to make 3d things, in sketch up the objects are down-loadable but here!, everything are custom made. As far as i know, they even used orchestra (i just can't remember from which university the orchestra from) for the scoring of the movie. Must-see? YES, DEFINITELY not just only focusing on the story but how great and wonderful the Filipinos made this movie!.

2. Tanging-Ina (Last na 'to) - From the part one of this movie, the story is really something touchy that how the mother will do everything just to give her family a decent life. Part two, the sacrifice again of a mother of the country (as the president) and whom to choose? her family or the country that she is servicing of?. I am such a fan of Ms. Ai-Ai de las alas cause of her sense of humor, she, as being true to herself, her sense of comedy, everything. Now, the last part of the movie has come, and i am glad that after her struggle in giving her family a living in part one, now, i think she has already able to give it to her family, she became successful.

This is it!, this is really really is it is it!

1. Rosario- OH. Speechless for i think this movie will get all the awards in MMFF, all i can say is excellence!. I mean everything is very powerful, 5 years in the making, the set, it's something that we can compare to Titanic and other vintage-like movies ever made, and now Philippines again have able to make one and something to be proud of. The costume, the cast, the setting, the era, haaaaay, i'll just get tired of enumerating for how i think the movie is such in the highest form of art!. ~~This is my number one, this is something worthy!.~~

As i am doing my thesis these days, one of our approved thesis proposal is the Modernized Fast Food Servicing (Queuing System). When you feel hungry and you are looking for your favorite restaurant or fast food there is a long line of people and you tend to look for restaurants that can give you convenience while you eat or sometimes when transacting to buy a plane ticket and there are long lines of people getting their selves a ticket and you loose your temper.

These situations are not only caused by long lines of people trying to be first on line but because of the crowd itself, the place, unorganized and due to unmanageable lines set by the companies or those in-charge for the organization of systems.

Even personnel cannot actually help managing the situation of mismanaged system in queuing for crowd control is a must for the customers to be satisfied of the company's services and for the benefit of the company not to loose their valued and patronizing customers.

The advanced and modern way of crowd control today uses stanchions, velvet rope, barricades because of the tested and effectiveness these equipments bring in managing crowds and having a manageable systems.

These equipments can actually help the companies to improve their mismanaged systems especially this yuletide season for a lot of people are buying gifts for their loved ones, rushing to unlimited season sales, withdrawing money in banks and getting ticket for out of the country trips or domestic flights.

OFW Male Rape Victims

Male Rape Victims, is this for real?

In the past few months, i actually knew about this case when i watched a late night show about OFWs. There are lot of Filipino male victims of rape in the middle east and raped by their male employers or simply by the citizens there.

There's even one case that a Filipino was died and sentenced to death because he killed a Muslim taxi driver that tried to rape the Filipino. The taxi driver has a knife, the Filipino fought and able to get the knife so he killed the taxi driver. Obviously this is a self-defense. He's just there to give his family a living and a decent life. The family of the taxi driver asked for a blood money which is by killing the Filipino so the Filipino was sentenced to be executed.

There are lots of cases in the middle east about the Filipinos mostly domestic helpers being abuse by their employers, maltreatment, treating them like animals and now even Men are victims by a crime of rape which is absurd. Absurd because who has fault here? ~~The government because of generations of corruption and being incompetent somehow in providing jobs for Filipinos?~~ or just the culture of the country they are working at?.

My mother is also an OFW. And yes, it is true that having a relative working abroad can always give you sleepless nights because of thinking for their safety. Wishing that time must pass fast so to be with them. We even experienced a new year, i mean, exactly while the whole world is celebrating at the middle of new year and we were crying because we found a news about my moms situation abroad. Thanks God that she was safe and able to come home.

It makes me ask why. Why when the time of the Quirino Grand Stand the whole world think that Filipinos are bad!, that we are animals though there are even those who treat Filipinos abroad like animals. The Quirino Grand stand accident is actually an isolated case and the whole Philippine community is sorry for what had happened and we are not proud of that but where's the justice for Filipinos abroad? don't Filipino deserve to have one too?

This December is the Celebration of the Month of Overseas Filipinos and International Migrants Day chaired by the Philippine Migrants Rights Watch (PMRW) and by the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO). This post is tribute for all of the OFWs working abroad. I salute them for being the new Filipino heroes, and its a no joke working abroad because of sacrificing physically, emotionally, socially and mentally just to give their families a good life.

This cause for SM Malls featuring the Film Fidel for the Cineforum on Migration which was shown last December 13, 2010 at SM City Marilao and exclusively shown to STI Students and other participants to aware them about this issue and to make them realize that working abroad is more than just giving the OFWs' family a decent life but also having lots of sacrifices to attain their goals. Also to aware the family of OFWs that they shouldn't be looking only on the "money aspects" that the OFWs give, but all those hardships and danger that they encounter while working. This will also a reminder that even Male are not safe abroad and it's much better to stay here in the Philippines to work.

The Indie Movie Fidel is a story of a Male OFW fighting for his family, pride, dignity, citizenship and faith. Fidel is the main character of the movie and shows that a God-fearing man still is not a perfect human, can get able to fight for his dignity, for his love, for his family but still manage to triumph over hardships and can remember that God is still everything and his ally. The movie also shows the political power about two nations, the media, the way they handle issues, the OFWs, the victims, of being unaware of such danger that Filipino citizens abroad are getting, that crime also gets out in the box and also has different corners.

Fidel is also featured in First Filipino International Film Festival in Los Angeles, California and Berlin International Film Festival.

The library post escape!

My mind is in random now. I am inside the school's library. My classmates are reviewing so as the other students here! (aral-arlan, and you will be shocked to think that we have lots of students and you can only see them every exmas!) and here i am, typing my new post (i am done reviewing for my next exam), ayun sila nagrereview!ahahhaha.

Yesterday we watched a movie. It's about men OFWs being rape in the middle east the film is entitled FIDEL, the film was exclusive for it has still no copy for public viewings. I'll share em to you someday?ahahahaha, lately i am still busy for the thesis so maybe I'll go hiatus or lilo only in blogging. This December we only have 4 days of vacation which are 24. 25, 30, and 31, so i hope that before the last week of December we are done with our docus!:)

I was like browsing the net checking up my google popularity, well actually tinatamad akong mag type ng napakahaba kong domain kaya ginogle ko nalang. den Lumabas dun ang mga maglilink sakin sa blog ko. Suddenly meron mga websites sa ibaba na related ke artistic world at yun nga, dumating ako sa Smartviper though nakita ko na yung site dati naapreciate ko xa ulit ngayon kasi may review yung site ko at karamihan sa mga visitors nito ay U.S. based pa, nalaman ko din ang ang mga sponsored posts ko eh yung mga nagbibigay sakin ng mga matataas na traffic!, importante din pala ang mga tags at keywords para sa popularity ng site mu sa google search!:)

It's been one year now and yet the justice for the victims of the massacre and for those loved ones are still blurry. As a youth i condemn this kind of massacre and any crimes that in all religions are such a big sin and in all laws are such a big crime.

I am following the journey for the seek of the justice in this massacre!.

It's been years. I am single. The loneliest nights and days are killing me now. I was stupid. I was in love in two people at the same time. I have no choice to choose. Well i said to one of them " I am not ready yet. Maybe after graduation....i will pursue you" what the hell, i'm the guy yet im the one who refuses to say yes!ahahahha(gwapo eh no?).

Maybe now i had a karma. I think i have found the right one, i'm ready and i'm pursuing her. We met for so many instances. I have never knew someone like her before. We have lots of things in common. Before the sem ends, we already started texting and calling. Then after a week there's no communication at all.

At the day of starting of the classes in our school library. Break. Im sitting. I was wondering if she had enrolled already. I called her mobile. No answer. Cannot be reached. I called her other number. Her mother answered. Said " she's not here, she's in manila, fixing papers, maybe she'll come back here on Friday".

When i got home: I called her number. It's ringing. I was glad. She picked it up. I said

" What happened? we had no communication in the past weeks, what you' re up to?, what was your mother saying that you're fixing papers?. Are you going abroad?"

"um, no, haha"

"Um, getting married?with whom?"

"ahahahahahaha, of course not!"

"I called you earlier. You're not picking up. Why?"

"There's no signal here. Wait, i'm choppy, i'll look for a signal"

"And what's up with you?tell me what are you fixing?"

"ahahaha, i'll tell you when i come back there. If this is sure, i'll give you the details"

"OK. but enroll yourself on Friday ok?ahahahaha, I miss you i think:)"

It's Friday night. I missed call. She missed call. I dialed again. She answered. I said:

We texted the other day. After that, no communication until this very moment that i am typing, I am still clueless on what's up with her. Were friends. She told me everything about her that she didn't told those stories to other. We planned dates, a series, after graduation. Even going to our province and she's very much excited about it.

Before the start of this post i asked here classmate:

" where's she?"

"Um, she's not going to study anymore"

In my head I was like "what?, i ...."

"Siguro may gusto ka dun, lagi mong hinahanap eh!"

I just smiled.

I'll maybe contact her. Earlier after the class. I wondered. I Realized that love and having someone is worth having than success. Whom will i share these success?with myself?with friends?It's not enough. In life there's really a time and point that you're just simply tired of being alone. I maybe dont know that i am afraid to love again, and i just say, "after my goals in career, there's a room for someone now", but maybe the truth is i am just afraid to happen in repeat from the past.

I went to plaridel last night. When i'm on my way home. I heard the corrs' song All the love in the world. This song is me. Yes, ~~ayokong mapasama sa SMP!Samahan ng Malalamig ang Pasko~~ but for over years now of my existence i am always present when the rollcalls happen in the assembly of SMP!

~~I dont wanna call her just to say i miss her and i need her and i want her back or what the hell happened to he~~r. I'll just study. Think of her sometime until i can find someone, besides i still dont know her much!:)

Last Thurs. Nov. 4 my thesis mates and i went to National Library to research for our possible project proposals for this semester. Each group are required to pass at least 15-20 project proposals. We will pick 1 proposal form the given we passed but in some cases if these proposals that we will be giving might not achieve a computer engineering thesis it will or all will be rejected, and have to back from scratch again.We are very much into researching, to have a thesis that will benefit a wide variety of people, mostly those who are needy, the community's improvement and most specially the environment.

A Computer Engineering thesis must be composed or at least compose of Hardware and Software-------- programming and electronics.

Sample passed CoE thesis at STI College-Meycauayan(alumni):

*Motorized Airport Baggage Carrier.

*Medi-vend

On-going Coe thesis Projects(graduating):

*UPS with SMS and Power Saver.

*Finger print operated Charging Station.

and these are the latest proposals that we are thinking:

1. Flood Machine with SMS -a system that is designed to monitor the flood level in the barangay. If the alert level has been reached an SMS message will be sent to the authorities to do some actions.

2. Waste Segregator - a machine that will automatically segregates the wastes at home. Will reduce the major problem in the world today---------waste segregation. Environmental friendly and is very safe even for children.

3. Shopping Cart with punching system - In your shopping cart, you are the one who will punch the products inside your cart. A receipt will also be printed and a signal will also be given to cashier station. So when you go to the cashier you don't have to wait for a long line. Just present your money and receipt for validation then presto, proceed to bagging.

4. Solar charger - in a remote are, in a storm, no electricity. what if there's an emercgency and you need to call?this solar charger is the solution. Just like the typical universal charger. Very compact handy and safe. You can charge your cellphones and Digital items. Plus environmental and power consumption friendly.

5. Smoke Belching gadget - this gadget will be put on the vehicle muffler to monitor if the driver is smoke belching. If it will turn positive, then a signal will be sent to the authorities to do some actions in stopping this smoke belcher.

These proposals are just abstract and we need to talk about the validations, design, additional process, and the beneficiaries. We need to study more specially on the waste segregator.

Guys i need your help. Please suggest a thesis for our group. Please take these requirements:

any problem in your community or at your home.
something that is beneficial for everybody/ the environment.
any additional features to any electronics machine that has been invented already (innovation).
something that you want to have/ to be invented.

Just consider any of these requirements to make a thesis suggestion for us!In your comment please suggest a thesis proposal-----------i demand!

Spiritual Warfare

I want to make interesting posts so that i dont just blog for the sake of blogging. I want to blog for the sake of sense. Right? nagsulat na nga lang tayo hindi pa natin sinulit di'ba?. I am very much planning that my next post is about the recommended horror movies for this Halloween, actually that should be inspired from Will's post. But since last night actually until this morning, i attended the "Encounter God Retreat" I want to share the things that i've learned from this retreat. Well, of course to educate everyone, the Christians most especially that in our world, ~~Satan is just everywhere~~ and does his very best to keep us away from God.

In that retreat, na pa-morningan wala talagang tulugan, fresh from this morning, we went to different lectures. The one that really caught my attention is about the ~~Spiritual Warfare~~, This is also the reason that i kept awake, ahahaha, and is very much relevant to Halloween.

Do you know that most of the symbols in the world today are actually originated from Satanism? This is something that we should believe cause this is not just gossips, i got this from our church, and is very much confirmed that it is from Satan. Here are some of the most common used symbols. And in case you are aware of it, better quit on this. 'Cause me, after knowing about these signs, i already backed off!.

1. The Peace Sign - Well, though that this symbol and it's purpose is to spread love and peace on earth. This is STILL from Satan. Satan manipulates people. If you search wiki, it says that is is from christian something, but is actually not. The V sign represents some sort of Satanism. This is just one of Satan's manipulation to us. 2. The I Love yOu, Y/Hello, and Ok Sign - When you Google these images, you can easily see that these signs are linked to Satanism, there are even pictures showing Satanism. The I love you sign, is used by many of us, i even love this sign, but we don't know that this is actually a work of Satan.

Secondly, the Ok sign. many of us know Lady gaga right? Now, i am more convinced that she is into Illuminati. In most of her music videos, you can see a lot of Illuminati symbols and satanism. This OK symbol is mostly used by her, she puts this on her eye symbolizing the one-eye which is also from satanism. The Hello symbol is also a part of it. I think this three hand signals has really connected to each other, remember the Telephone of lady Gaga?see?she is using this symbol. Here's a vid:

Maybe you will think that I'm against lady gaga that's why I'm associating here with these, but no, i love Lady gaga songs, i even know most of her's, and is very much memorize it, These proofs are enough for me quitting Lady gaga. Here's the link if you want to know more

3. The Zodiac Signs - Who doesn't love zodiac signs? me i know that i am a Gemini and i sometimes believe in horoscopes, but even me did not thought that this is actually a Satanism practice. Dont believe on fortune tellers anymore, Dr. kwak kwaks or any agimats or something. That's actually against God's will. I love these stuffs before, i even consulted a fortune teller but just after this retreat i realized my mistakes. I don't know if numerology is part of satanism's practices but id better out from these and just believe on one God, Jesus. Here's the Link of proof.

4. The Yin Yang - I was shocked when i knew and saw at the OPT prepared, Yin-Yang is included. I was like "really? the yin-yan?". Chinese people really believes in this and is known that Yin Yang balances the earth. Even me believed that Yin Yang is for good-will. But after just knowing, this symbol is used by group of Satanism practices before and is also associated with the Zodiacs. here's the proof

These symbols that i revealed are just some of many Satanism symbols. I also learned some words that we use everyday but is actually from Satan.

Why do we say Good-Luck? But do you know that the word Luck is actually from the word Lucifer?so instead of saying Good-luck na parang sinabi mo na maging mabuti sayo si Lucifer just simply say, God bless, right?

Our pastor said that the practices of Satanism has the theme song Hotel california!we love the song right,? even him said "paborito ko pa naman 'to nung araw"

This world is really blinded of things that we thought good and it's human nature. Sabi nga sa retreat natural lang magkasala, hindi tayo perpekto tao lamang at naiintindihan ng ating Panginnoon. Just believe in Jesus, Accept that you're a sinner, admit it and promise that he is the only God you will be worshiping!:)

I just simply miss the writing. The blogging world, and most especially, you guys!:)-------very much!

Just like most of the students' reason, it's the studies that made me busy but i have accomplished my tasks list!. Yes, very much accomplished that's why my semester break is complete!:). Why am i feeling this?the hunger for writing and reading blogs?haha, it's been 3 or maybe 4 weeks of not blogging?

I am in random minds, wait, lemme think of a topic (after 5 minutes).

The BULPRISA; Provincial Meet.

Well, i can say that this is the Grand Finals of BULPRISA cause all of the champions from different districts have to prove themselves. I am expecting that my opponents are very good, so they did not disappoint me. I wasn't nervous as before, i wasn't also that much into the contest so even if i wasn't the champion i am still satisfied that i am at the fourth place. When i was sitting there waiting for my turn I was telling myself " I don't care about the medal, they'll forget me after this, i just want to deliver my line, make them feel my soul, make my mama and school proud, and feel that i am the ambassador for speaking your mind to people".

The BULPRISA Provincial meet is like Ms. Universe you know, if we wont gonna win we just want to be included on the top 5 cause the contest is really hard. We were 7 contestants at least, i am in the top 5 right?like, Venus Raj?ahaha

Now i am thinking if i should still join BULPRISA next year cause I'll be doing our thesis, but i love the laugh trip after the contest. I love competing and speaking my mind. Though in the other way around, i also hate the feeling of waiting the announcement of winners, waiting my turn, and waiting for the contest to start. I was asking myself

~~" why do we have to do this kind of contests?so, what if we'll be declared as a winner?and what after this?Ok i am the champion!!!and what?"~~

but suddenly when this phrase was running in my head, when my opponent was delivering her piece, she said some sort of

~~"God. Use our talents".~~

That hit me.

Yes, this is not about competing, but its about inspiring other people to use their talents to move the world for better. And maybe this is a God-given talent, this is his way of using me, of spreading the words for the development, love and inspiration.

It took me long while to post a new entry because of many school projects and deadlines, in my previous post, yes, i almost done with my plans and scheds, everything is on my way and i should thank God for Him helping me finished my ordering system in Java. I wish i can share it to you but it wont be working online, well maybe, it'll work but i have to do certain things to run it online.

Ok, let's get back to topic. Last friday, October 1 2010, i told you before that we have s subject about communications, and here we are, in the Radio Veritas' Transmitter Station at Malolos, Bulacan for our educational tour. They discussed us the way how they send signals and receive from satellites and studio, how they equalize and balance them, their technology, everything. The station is vintage, they don't renovate it cause you know what?--~~they are the radio station in the time of EDSA 1 who called for the people to fight for the freedom of the Philippines,~~ see here the photo of the bullets caused by the incident. They also said that in the car they were broadcasting, 'cause they are hiding from Marcos' puppets!we were like ~~"Oohhhhhh Cool!where are the bullet marks?"~~

If you gonna take look at the upper left photo, you can see different country names, it's because they are using this facility before, broadcasting worldwide(though i don't know if they still do it today).

Ohhhhhhhhh, i want to start this post in a Happy mood!:), ~~but i am sick!I have colds, cough~~ and headache at the same time. Last night, i thought this is flu already then after i drink a medicine i felt better. Still, compare last night i feel much better today though my throat is till itchy. Then i am thinking a lot of incoming projects. (well, as if you cared!ahahaha!) The list:

Ctrlsys - A system that will control an appliance if you switch it on in the computer then the system will also tell if the switching was successful.
Computer Prog. - An individual project. An ordering system via java using GUI. I love designing yet it's hard for e to start the project cause of this very sick.
Computer Systems Architecture - A field study, should compare the INTEL and AMD, whose better of these when it comes to flexibility, speed and other factors.
ACES - The projects of our organization. Since i am the good president, i have to do such tasks for the welfare of my fellow engineering student.

Last September 22, our school participated a fund raising run project. Well, its for the rehabilitation of the Meycauayan river, which is known in the world as the most populated river!:). Yes, i am near to that river just a couple of walks away(haha, proud?). I enjoyed the event. I ran. If the event will has it's sequel, we will run at the 8k, we say "It's Bitin". Me together with my MAGS family had a bonding after the event.

A BULPRISAN's post story

Guess what guys?........after two years of waiting i finally got the top spot! I am the Champion!whoa hoa!. The past weeks of rehearsing is such a drama to me cause i had a trauma because of the minute amnesia i had last year!, thank God that i did not forget my lines, abled to finish the long agony of nerve-breaking paranoia!, fears and lines of triumphant!.

After i finished my line just as i sat down i was teary-eyed, i prayed and said to God "Thank you for helping me and guiding me finish my piece---i am fulfilled now!, no matter what the result is, i will surely accept it!". I was contestant number 6, i was in the bottom, then the computation of results started, then the announcement. I even remember myself saying "After my part i won't listen to the announcement of winners!," but there i was, sitting holding our schools CA's hands and waiting for the results, i even told myself " I wont join next year, i don't like this atmosphere anymore, if i lost this i will tell to my coach that i wont join this competition next year!", but here i am, planning something for next year---but not that sure.

*Mukha talaga kong baliw!, tulak ng bibig kabig ng dibdib!*

Then every calling of contestant number of every rank i look at my number seems like assuring the winning numbers of a lottery, and when there are three of us left i was so nervous, then two of us are left i said "Yes pasok na ko sa provincial!", after just seconds.... "and this year's champion is.........contestant number 6!". I, together with my MAGS advisers stood up, overwhelmed as i took my steps for my medal to be awarded!

I was telling myself "Lord thank you po!, i am finally a champion, i made our first objective".

Have you read or noticed my coach's comment in my previous post?:

After those moments of winning. I told my coach ~~"I made my mama proud!"~~ and she said "Oh, yes i am proud!". Ahahaha. Since grade school i was never declared as the champion at any contests i joined in, second best is always my place. Before we go home the STI College-Meycauayan syndicate had a dinner. these are our rewards:

Text messages started to float, from my friends and some of my classmates and at home. I didn't even had a good sleep because of my dream, it said CHAMPION. The day after, at school the teachers shook their hands with me, classmates teased "Blowout".

I am overwhelmed. I feel so loved. Last Sunday i gave my testimony about what happened to me. I know this is a God-given moment and this is more than just winning. I say that getting that spot is more sweeter once you know that you did that with Him. See? prayer works. All we have to do is wait (like me two yrs.), in God's time our prayer will be answered just wait, and if you got it, don't forget to thank Him!.

A BULPRISAN's pre story.

On Thursday(09/16/10) i will be joining BULPRISA again for the third time. In the last two years of joining i never won, maybe it's God's will, God placed me somewhere better after the competition and those were better than winning. This time, i donno if God will let me win, if he will then Go, it's still my passion, it's in my blood, and if not then maybe he will again place me somewhere better. God, kaw na bahala!:). Anyways, i must admit that in the last few weeks of rehearsing i am not actually focused because i am prioritizing my studies rather than this, now, that the last days of rehearsing is coming i will put this on the top of my priority!. Loosing? for me it's fine but competing is not about self-dreams or self-fulfillment.

On September 16 2010, all of the athletes and Buprisans of STI College-Meycauayan will compete, w~~e will be named STI and not ourselves,~~ we will be holding our school's name. I am pressured. Inspired. Love to feel the competition cause it's what i love to do and forte (sabi ni nicxter rather than engineering daw-----pang public speaking.) but most especially I'll do this cause of the budget that our school given to us (haha, dahil lang pala sa budget?), for all the efforts and beliefs my school gave and most especially because of my coach. Yes you are my inspiration, thanks for always smiling whenever i loose, and you just simply say ~~"Bawi tayo next year!".~~

I have to cut this now. I am pretty emo now!. I'll tell you what happened after the compe!. Pray for me to win and to all of my fellow BULPRISANS. (sayang ang jersey nila at budget pag natalo!haha, napaka ko!).

While i am typing, there is a certain problem that is running to my mind. I told myself that i should not blog about this cause this is not worth the effort and words. Yet i end up here typing.

I know you know that i am busy in my studies. The main course is our "Sensor and Indicator project". My group mate and i fought because of this:

Scenario:

Me: (Typing for our activity, approached him) "Uy gawa tayo bukas, para matapos na yung sensor, aalis pa ko dahil may practice ako with maam ng 9AM.
CM:"Eh!, ayoko kaw nalang!"
Me.: (I ignored). After a while (motivating myself that i can still convince him). "Anu?ayaw mu?..........."
CM: "Pagod ako!".(with that face!)
Me: "Anu pagod ka?, eh kamusta naman ako!, 3 am nagising ako para gawin yung project!"
CM: "My report ako sa friday!"
Me: " Malamang ako may BULPRISA di'ba?, ACES, BLOG(school org)".

Then we started fighting until the end of the class. We are 4 in the group. The girl member is for our docu. The other member, i donno if he is lazy or what, but we also fought yesterday cause of the project reason too. And him----ang natatangi kong katuwang said "I Don't like it and I'm tired". We suppose to pass the project today but our prof extend it until tomorrow. We are 85% done. Yet my coach said that we will going to have a practice tomorrow. So i have to make everything finish. My BFF/EFF told me that:

~~"Hindi kasi ikaw yung tipong follower lang sa group, leader material ka talaga. Kahit isang tingin lang sayo hindi ikaw yung tipong tagasunod".~~

Well i am tired. I don't like to be a Leader-Material. Can i sometimes say No. Maybe my decision to ignore our project (all though i am sorry) i have to stand this cause it's a way of teaching them that sometimes i get tired too. Compare to any other students i am not a normal one. I don't know why end up like this. I don't like this and i didn't asked. It's tiring and stressful. I was elected as the president of our organization at school. I was dreaming about this before---becoming the president, but as i journey in the previous years of my college life i learned that being a leader is not and definitely ain't easy.

My classmates avoid me. My other group mate said that "tama nga sila WTF ka". That sinked to my mind. We were grouping ourselves for thesis and our class had an open forum. I heared that most of them don't like me maybe because as my BFF/Eff again told me that i am ~~"semi-perfectionist~~" and a fortune teller told me that i am a "~~Dictator".~~

I'll just want to clear myself. I dictate people for a better outcome. I don't dictate them for my own good. I am perfecting mistakes for an excellence. I perfect everything for the higher perspectives. I don't do things without analyzing and think for the majority's best.

I also learned a quote from our school------Excellence in every Execution. So am i. I give everything in what i do. I do everything to give everything. I don't know if i am the wrong here or not. I also listen to them. If they say "I'm tired", I listen it's because i see their sacrifices---and i ask help because i also sacrifice and i wonder if they see mine. I am an organize person. I don't want everything to rush. Ayokong maging kagaya sa ibang group na kung kelan ang araw ng pasahan ang araw ng paggawa. Daig ng maagap ang masipag at matalino.

I want to explain myself more. I want to say more. But hindi kasya sa blog ko ang mga gusto kong sabihin. Well, at least i am thankful that i have a blog that helps me release my emotions.

If you think I'm wrong here then Say it, so i can change myself. I need to realize things. I just simply don't know kung anu ang role ko sa istoryang to. Ako ba ang protagonist o antagonist. T.T

I can't help myself but to post these issues on my blog. I think, i'm starting to become a reporter now!ahahahaha. But there's really something in me and in my body that makes me type and share my thoughts about such issues.

Let us start.

~~!st stop: Venus Raj in her major answer.~~

Ok, let me clear myself, i am not making fun of her because of her "major major" answer. The truth is i think she really did well in Ms. Universe. My classmates said that she's not so beautiful (mas maganda pa daw si hulaton according to them). Well, I think Venus was sexy, classy, intelligent and elegant at that night. I was really proud of her. She really brought glory to Philippines, from the way she ramps, her head was held high, the way she projects herself and the way she smiles----everything was so perfect. I was really "ohhhhhhh" while i was watching. Now lets' go to her Q&A.

I think her answer is just right, it's just that she did not gave justice to it and she was so overwhelmed that she's included at the top 5. Maybe she actually didn't still yet made a Major Major mistake in the past 22 yrs. of her life, that's why she can't answer the question. Even other people and former U.S. president Bush was having a hard time when he was asked a question like that. I mean, there's actually no right or wrong answer to that, it's how you deliver. I am actually thinking of what's the proper answer. I'm gonna answer it:

~~" What do you think is the major mistake of your life and how you handled it?"~~

Me: "Um, good evening las veygas!. Well sir, because of the society that i grew up at, the values i learned in school and church and most importantly the way my mother raised me and guided me i am proud that i did not made any major or big mistake in the last 19 years of my life. But if i will make someday, i will surely face it for me to learn and grow, that's all. Thank you"

what can you say?try answering the question too!. And to Ms, Venus Thank you so much for representing our country!, you really made us proud and we have no regrets that you represented our country----the Philippines!".

I am just simply sad of what happened last Monday. I am not a full blooded Filipino but i grew up here. And i can say that Filipinos are good people. Just like what they say, were so good in hospitality. We respect every people. We are not that so bad. I mean, what happened can actually happen anywhere in the world. Like the bombing in Phuket before and some kidnapping at countries in the middle east.

Why does it seems that Filipinos are such bad people?How about us?our kababayan's in middle east and other countries in the world who are a ~~victim~~ of their employers in different forms. Those who are killed, raped and sentenced to death because of just protecting theirselves. Let just recall and remember flor contemplacion and other Filipinos who are died in spite of just wanting to earn a money to support their family.

~~To all HONG KONG men, we are sorry.~~ And i hope that we all work together to pray for the soul of the victims.

This morning when i woke up i suddenly looked for my cat. It's not actually my habit these weeks to find muning because she started to become so stubborn------like she poofs inside the house even if she usually dont do that before, maybe this is also caused by the season, the soil is soft today cause of rains. She also hunts for food--na a a!, it's not what you think guys, not in the wild like lizards, snakes, rats or any usual food that cats like but on the table, on the kitchen for corned beef, fresh meat, corn, chicken intestines or any related human foods. ~~Sosy diba?~~ but she actually eat what a usual cat eat--------the insects, rats.etc.

But i must commend her for she just made me so happy every time she do her cute gestures especially every time she sleeps. (OMG, i'm getting sad now!). for she made a good job that our home is free from rats, cockroaches, snakes, even lizards!.

But what made me this post?This morning i called for her at our backyard, our neighbor heard me calling and told me that muning just died. I was not that shock but i was so worried for i don't have a pet anymore. We are actually planning to throw her away but now that she's gone, I'll definitely miss her!.

Our real ampon is her mother then she's the daughter, she's belong in the second generation of their family. She already gave birth twice but we threw her kittens. Now her throne is left and so the kingdom has no queen or king-----we are actually looking for a replacement.

I even made such photographs of her when she was young and until her very last days!. (teary eyed). I even made an interview of her last summer while she was pregnant.

I am really into current events. I donno but it's really in my system, i always want to be involved in issues, documentaries and reports in TV. I love interviews especially interviews about people in the politics who are controversial, government officials and even simple people.

Last Saturday (dated 30/07/10) i watched Boy Abunda's show which is The Bottomline. That show featured the works of PAG-ASA and how they fail about the weather forecasts and bulletins. Boy interviewed the former PAG-ASA chief Prisco Nilo. Nilo revealed that most of the pioneers of PAG-ASA are being pirate by other countries because of the issues of salary. But chief Nilo still stayed even he can earn bigger money abroad.

Here's the scenario:

Boy Abunda: "Bakit hindi ka umalis at pumunta sa ibang bansa para magtrabaho?"
Nilo: ~~"E sinong maiiwan pag umalis ako?"~~

See that? he is so dedicated in his work, he doesn't care about the money but to serve our country. It also shows that PAG-ASA is he's life for over years now then everyone always blame PAG-ASA for wrong forecasts & bulletins. Come on filipino people, these are not their faults. It's just that they dont have the proper equipments and machine that's why they make mistakes. They need to be modernized, we have to understand that. Chief Nilo especially, i am sympathizing him cause of the dedication he have shown for PAG-ASA. His spirit is something we can't deny and needed, so we should not laugh at PAG-ASa and say "Kelan ba tumama ang paga-asa?ahahahaha". I also heared in the news that Nilo works 7 days a week and 24 hours a day in his past years of working. He doesn't deserve that for he is such an example of dedication, love and passion for his work.

Last night i saw in the news that our President fired him and replaced a new PAG-ASA chief. Then there are no hustlers and pioneers in PAG-ASA as Nilo said in his interview. I think 3 out of 10 are the pioneers and the 7 people was pirate by other countries and the new 7 are under training and new bees. Still Nilo wants to work here in the Philippines in spite of being fired from his passion. He plans to work to another government office instead of earning big salaries abroad.

I salute you Mr. Prisco Nilo for being humble and showing that you are so-dedicated in your work, just like most our public teachers

At last after having such busy weeks i can now able to post a new one. I have a lot of stories to tell. but before i start, of course i have to share the continuation of my post-----the subjects i have for this sem make me wanna commit suicide(kidding).

COPRO3- where we study the Java lang. our course ware is quite-a weird cause we already took VB. I mean, the arrangement of programming language must start from the oldest to the newest. But it's fine now, we are still learning. Our professor is such a good teacher that's why nose bleed exercises are given and is usual.

ENECONO- Engineering Economy subject. This has a relation to finance and economy. Nothing's really a big deal here, this subject is more on theoretical. But what excites me is the feeling of working on engineering field every time my prof discuss and give us problems and ways to solve a real engr. field problems.

So now, let's go back to my story. We had a dice project and a DB-25 connector project. I wasn't get able to make these projects to success and every time we do circuits and hardware exercises it seems like i am always declining. Because of these situations and outcomes these make me feel that maybe i am loosing my circuit magic and power for this sem, compare before. These make me feel sad and think that maybe computer engineering is actually not my field.

I hope in our next project where we are again, going to build a miniature but this time with a touch of logic gate equivalents and sensors, I hope our outcomes will be achieved. God bless me & my group mates.

Busy weeks of mine are already finished including the prelims. The first chapter of this sem has ended yet, new challenges are just about to come!:)

Yes, I am guilty your Honor for the crime of Laziness in blogging!, Yes, I am. Do you also feel that guys? that sometimes you want to quit blogging cause studies are really ruining you view and plan posts. Yes, I have those plan posts, like every time I have something in mind i am like "~~Oh,This will be my next post~~", but sometimes because of thinking about many things you'll forget 'em all.

I have a plan post really but yet if I'm gonna post them it'll be late for this. Maybe i have to think and still pursue some what's on my mind. Nothing is really sure about this post just blah blah's but maybe i will go to my studies topics and my exciting (for me) subjects i have for this semester.

*Studies:

I have noticed that our subjects for this semester are really a preparation for our thesis next sem, these are most:

ADLOGCIRC - The Advance Logic Circuit subject. Electronics subjects really excites me, because of the projects that we will be doing, if you remember my traffic light post that was actually for logic circuit subject and this time, the logic has advanced. We are also using a software to design a PCB and electronics project. I am more on technical, i really prefer those instead of theoretical and i am thankful that my professors are more to that, that's why we are learning!. Our Next project, An electronic dice, of course, when i am done with that project, i'll share it with you!.

CTRLSYS- Control Systems. Control systems is actually a pre-requisite subject of adlogcirc. Obviously, this about about the control systems of a computer or anything possible projects that are possible for automation. Last week our prof tasked us to propose an automated project, i proposed the ~~AUTOLIGHT~~- ~~Automated Room Light~~, in which when you open the door of your room the lights will automatic turns on, and when you leave it'll turn off, but of course, that's just only for an activity, and he said that if we like to pursue it for thesis, then go!. This week we will also control a part of a computer, i just don't have an idea on which part.

PRINCOM- or the Principle of Communications subject where-in we study the world of radio frequencies (AM, FM), telecommunications and TV Broadcasting. Our class were divided into groups and each groups are assigned to write a possible FM, AM, TV, and Telecom companies where we can have ~~a tour to them~~. I am hoping that we can enter the top TV Stations in the Phil (ABS or GMA) but, that's pretty impossible cause the security is tight., but we never know!. I really like this subject not because of the future company visits that we will be doing but about the studies of the world of communications and beyond!

Note: Okay, I'll cut this post here, cause this is quite-a long now, i hope that you'll read this post guys!

The Wesley teachings

I must admit that this summer i was not a good son of God. I feel lazy going to church yet i also have financial problems. Though i know that my fire for him is really declining and the thirst and the hunger of my soul is really getting worst.

I am now thankful that i am atleast getting more active with church activites. We had a new pastor but the previous one (Rev. Rodney K. Palacio) assigned and nominated me as the discipleship of our church and i am now elected as the part of the church council. I am glad that i am elected not to talk about the "position" but to serve my God.

I always listen to the pastor's sermons cause i can really apply those in my real life. Last last sunday, the new pastor said that we all just have to pray hard and believe in Him so that our prayers will be answered. I know that most of us also prays for something but the question is "Is our faith enough?" do we really believe? if yes, then good, cause God answers our prayers in proper time, and patience and strong faith is all we need.

Our pastor said also that ~~we must make the prayers as our everyday routines~~. Not just to ask help to Him but also to communicate with Him in the times that we are feeling lonely, tempted or some times we feel that we need someone. I have tried this so many times and i am glad that Jesus really answers my prayers and he takes away my problems.

I also want to learn more about the founders of our religion-----The Methodist Church. About the ~~Wesley Family.~~ I even attended a wesley class in our church every sun, this is more on bible studies and i am excited attending this.

~~These are the lessons i learned in our church:~~

1. Schools and other stuffs blocks our time to go to chuch every sunday.
2. God gives us 6 days of the week to do what we need to and He only needs one day (Sunday) for us to remember Him, so we better should.
3. Us, the youth must start form ourselves to worship and remember Him cause we are the next in line!.
4. If we give lots of effort in our school, we don't sleep just to pass our projects, we wake up early just to comply to our schedule, why not a sacrify every morning and go to church for Him?
5. He sacrificed for our sins why can't we sacrify our small time for prayers and church every Sunday?

PS. Tomorrow is the start of the class!Yay!, i am very excited 101%

Transluscent truth

I was watching the news a few nights ago. Watching current events is one of my interest yet not my hobby though i am not dreaming to be involved in any journalism activities cause peoples that are engaged to that are those who are tough enough to face the world of danger and truth.

Freedom of information bill was failed to be passed in the congress cause they say that there is lack of quorum. As Ive heard in the news, ~~this bill is in the battle for 14 years now~~, then failed again at the ~~LAST session of congress~~ after years of battles.Also, they have to re-apply it again and start from scratch.

What was this bill all about by the way? ~~this bill will allow anybody to get a transparent information~~ with regards to expenses in the Philippine government officials, projects and other related concerns.So, in other words, by this law, we will see if a project or a government official has had kickbacks or overpricing projects.

I really sympathize those people who are really hurt because of the failure of this bill. The media men whom i saw in the news that are really crying cause they say that even just a simple statement of liabilities, they find it hard to get from the government and they are being passed to other government agencies.

This maybe our answer in corruption

and i am just sad that it was not passed in the last session of congress considering that this bill is really helpful to us! and yet has to start again from the scratch after 14 years of pursuing this. I hope that this republic grows up, if they really are for people then they have to show it and besides, confidentiality and security information of an official or project is still being protected in this bill.

Again, I am just clearing myself here. I just wanna tell to my co-bloggers and fellow Filipino people what i feel about this issue as a citizen. I have nothing against of anybody yet i stand on what i believed for.

1. Today is the proclamation day of Noy-Bi in Congress. I hope that this is a start of a new Philippines.

Today, the world is facing different kinds of problem particularly, the climate change. Climate change has damaged and really changed the ways how people live and their consciousness in protecting the earth. In the near future we will see more how climate change will affect the earth and our status of living, but did you know that climate change will affect first and causes more damage on developing countries which Philippines is being categorized in?.

Studies also show that the developing countries may be the first to suffer soil erosion, floods, droughts, wind storms, extreme climate events and pollution caused by climate change. Factors are being considered why do the Developing countries may be the first victims of climate change.

It can only be us who can save our planet and there's no way for us to escape this problem. We must start our awareness in this kind of environmental issues. Start reading and learning especially Filipino people and others who are also living in developing countries. Try to understand why ~~Developing countries may be the first victims of climate change,~~ let us know how we avoid or how can we help to solve this very serious problem that is facing to our future generation.

We all do everyday tasks and these tasks also affect the nature, even a simple relaxing a day affects the nature. You should Relax your body by staying connected to nature yet you are still enjoying. Let us contribute to the wellness of our environment, after all, it is all us who will gain the profit after solving the challenge that climate change causes.

My previous post was really a crap!. I am planning for a cute post-----a video post, but the quality is not that good i think, so i withdrawn it and recovered a post published before when i was starting blogging.

I am excited with the starting of class. I just love the feeling of wearing my uniform, preparing my self to school and seeing my classmates faces!:) haha. I just like those everyday routines at school days but the projects and sleepless nights are not included okay!

I was from my duty just earlier, then our school will be having an orientation for new students on Mon. (June 7). The theme for the orientation is ~~Kamikazee's First Day High,~~ i am a little bit related to the song, not all parts of the lyrics but the part of :

Summer Melodies: A Sequel

The summer is ending. This is the last week of May and June is pretty approaching. All of us are into different activities, either productive or just chilling. Me, i usually spend my summer listening to new songs, especially songs that best suit the summer feeling.

In this post, just like i did last summer. I'll be counting down the songs that best suit this summer. These songs that I'll be counting down is from my own view and taste. Some songs are not usually released this summer but months already. Let's start the countdown.

8. Nothin' On you by B.O.B.- The chorus is nice but the rapping part of the song for me is not that catchy. I just like this song cause it makes me groove to the beat and sing.

7. Baby by Justin Bieber - I am not a bieber fan but i just like singing the song, all parts of the song makes me sing. Here, i like the rapping part, i actually memorized it and sing as the rapper sings. Yeah. "I know you love me, i know you care". Even my little cousins sing with me and sometimes they request the song.

6. Try to Follow me by 2ne1- I like the part where Minzy and CL is dancing in the second chorus and the ~~"egyptian look~~" as they dances. Then every time i sing the "Nal ddara haebwayo Nal ddara haebwayo Nal ddara haebwayo Ireoke" part i dance just like Minzy and CL do, haha (even if im a boy), i am also into kpops. I learned reading the korean words (in english text not korean) everytime i watch myx and enjoy kpops. When i first saw the MV of this video, i didn't like the outfit of 2ne1, they changed their fashion statement, i donno if it's just for this song. But i like their previous outfits in their previous songs. Also, Dara and Park Bom are just some of my crushes from korea.

5. OMG by Usher feat. Will.I.Am- I also like the full song. Ace and i always sing this aka fella. haha, the "oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh my gosh" part really rocks. I feel like i'm usher every time i sing this song. lols.

4. Fifteen by Taylor swift- These past few months i was really listening and following T. swift's songs. For me she's really great, she composes her owns songs plus sings very well. I really like country -American songs and T. swift best fits this part!. Also, every time i sing her songs, i always imagine that i am ~~singing duet with her~~ also holding our own guitars with a ~~wide crowd singing with us~~----haha. ~~Concert?~~ yah, i think, and i'm her guest!.

3. Picture to burn- Also a T. Swift song. I like the chorus and the "I hate that stupid old picture truck you never let me drive"..especially the "hate" where you have to put the pitch of your voice higher...yeah..and the end part of the chorus " as far as i'm concerned your, just another picture to burn"..plus as i sing the end part, i'm holding an imaginary microphone then sings to the ears of my cousins!.

2. Fearless- Oh, another T. Swift song. I told you, i like her!. haha. I call myself swifted!. This song i think is her latest, it's actually on myx countdowns. I also imagine myself doing the male version of the song every time i sing this----actually all of T. swift's, and yeah again the bunch of crowds in our "concert". Here, i like the bridge part especially the ~~" It's the first kiss, it's flawless, really somethin'............it's fearless"~~. aaaaahhhh...First kiss right? and, it's flawless!. I imagine myself doing this part, of course with her...haha.

~~And for the no.1 song:~~

1. Let's just fall in love again by Jason Castro- This song is what I'm saying. The popularity is not that high but the song really rocks. All of the ingredients of a song for summer that I'm looking are here----the heat, water, adventure and most of all, the lyrics of love. This song makes me really wanna fall in love with someone and yeah, me and her will also do what the lyrics says:

Story:

I am not so sure about the date but i think this was seen last May 15, 2010. My uncle called me and told ~~"hey, steve look at the sky outside..."~~. I was like hurrying for me to see what's out. I was amazed by this beautiful yet for me, weird scenery on the sky. I got my cellphone then started texting my networks and got their replies of amazement.

Legends & Stories:

~~1. According to my mom:~~ A partner was being eloped by his partner or a couple are eloping at that moment. This scenery was actually seen by my mom when she was young and the elope story was told by my grandma.

~~2. According to my classmate:~~ Girls are easy to tame at that time. He said that maybe it's the best time for boys to ask a yes from a girl or for couples to make love.

I must say that today is the most memorable and happiest day i had. My ~~Facebook wall~~ is flooding of greetings from people whom i never expecting to send their wishes but also those that i am expecting to send me their regards!:)

My cellphone was also flooded of greetings . Such a lot, like i received a hundred text messages!. I had two calls. One, a greeting from a classmate before i go to bed and sleep glad. The other one was earlier this morning to start my day ahead!.

All of these happened to me just today, for the first time, I must thank Facebook for advertising my birthday!haha.

*Another story:

I was walking in the street to have a haircut today. I saw an old college subject mate. I was shocked, she was like: "~~Uy, si steven!, Happy Birthday"~~. I was surprised cause after haven't seen each other for like two years. we meet again then she greeted me happy birthday. I know facebook played a lot here!.

My day was also great cause i received an email from a best friend. We never saw each other also for a year now, I don't even remember her birthday but i was surprised cause days before my birthday, she greeted me and i was not expecting that she'll remember my day!. Our communication was not constant cause her boyfriend was forbidding her to have any communication with me cause he's jealous----that's why. But still, no obstacles must separate our friendship. She's the only one and the first person who shown me that there's a reality in the word friendship.

Thank you Lord for everything. I am blessed cause i have you and i know that you're guiding me. You give me good health. Blesses me everyday and you gave me a wonderful family who made me. I am content on what i have today and i know that you'll help me fulfill my dreams not just for myself but for those who are destined to enter my life and for my loved ones. Ok. I know that this took a while for me to start a new post. I have to wait for my pictures that I'll be needing to make this post possible.

May 10, 2010 at 3:00 pm i headed to our school (STI College-Meycauayan) for the assembly. Then we studied some things so that our mission will be successful then we went to our respective schools. I was assigned ~~ALONE~~ in a school-------Marulas Central Elem. School Valenzuela City. When i arrived there i was not that O-P cause i found some friends there. Just like in the news, the lines are still long!, and in this school compare to our area, the situation is worse. So, for those who got themselves voted good for you! and for those who did not able, well i can't blame you guys.

Atleast i had a team leader that was very supportive-----the Dean of our school in Computer studies. Some students dont like her cause she's masungit but infairness to maam hindi siya mahirap patawanin specially at the times when BEI's are not so pleasant and warm to us when we were introducing ourselves as behalves of ABS-CBN and STI. After the BEI's had their so called attitude, me and my team leader just laughed.

I've been waiting ubtil 1:00 am for the election returns to be given to us. After i got the ERs i have to send an SMS result of those to tabulate the votes and encode. After it, we went back to our school. The endcoders ofcourse encoded the ER's. I recieved a call from ABS-CBN cause there were discrepancies in one candidate but the representative in the other line although i know that all of us are discuss ted at that long and historical day in Philippines she's still nice to me. Haha. I was like ~~"yes?what's that? sorry ma'am i can't hear you wait"~~ then again, just as almost the same words but she was like "ok, yes?, that's fine". Good for them, nice PRs!.

Hey everyone, how's it going? how was your experience last election?. I really want to update my blog as often as i can but i have to wait for some things to start my post. I am also busy in preparing for Halalan that's why.

I was excited for the coming election last may 09, 2010, actually the days before the election i already made my kodigo for the election. I really examined the candidates and even if they say that the candidates that i have chosen is not on "top" of surveys it was fine for me cause i believe in them. If most people will just believe in surveys then, nothing will happen to our country but they will just follow what was everyone is saying, remember that: " Minsan, hindi lahat ng sinasabi ng karamihan ay tama". You have to follow your own conscience.

May 10, 2010 - the most awaited day for every Filipino has come. I am one of those who are excited, not for the politicians or for my bets to win but to be involved in one of the most historical event in the Philippines because for the very first time, we are using the automated election. I am excited because im a first time voter and i will get able to experience the PCOS Machine, haha. My aunt is a teacher, she attended trainings for comelec regarding, of course the automation. I already saw a sample ballot and it was cute. She also told me stories about it and i, also, what i got from news. We wake up early that morning to vote, good for me, because i did not expected that the line for the vote will become that long. Well we did not expect that, 'cause automation is equals to fast and hustle free. I arrived in my precinct at 6:45 am i was quite-a nervous cause maybe the comelec had forgotten to put my name in the registered voters. I donno why i have those feelings, wierdo!, haha. But finding my name did not took me 1 min. cause PPCRV volunteers were there to assist voters and find their names and precincts.

When the PPCRV volunteer gave me my precinct number i was like ~~YES!~~ in my head, but when she was searching my name i was really nervous cause she might say "~~sorry sir, you are not a registered voter~~", haha. So i went to the clustered precint, looked for my name, and there it was!. I am a Filipino citizen, i wanna cry and raise a Philippine flag, (haha, O.A.).

The problems started to come, in my precinct the PCOS is malfunctioning. In our polling center, 6 out of 8 PCOS are in not good condition, which made the voting such a chaos. I get able to vote at 11am onwards, i am also worried cause at that afternoon i will be participating the ABS-CBN STI parallel random count. There were even glitches in our line, people heads started to blow up!, haha, i am like DEDMA cause i was given a number, well, thanks to myself for being an early bird so, i catched the worm. The line started to move when the PCOS machine was fixed by the IT technician, everyone is clapping and excited.

But when i am inside the room, i told to myself "yes, this is it, i am voting". I went to verification, my ballot was given. I am also careful when i was answering the ballot, my hands are sweaty so extra careful is a must. I am relaxed. Shaded the ovals. Counting how many i have voted cause i might over voting. I stood up. I was not afraid to mr. PCOS. I inserted my ballot to him. I am nervous cause my ballot might be paper jammed or rejected. But mr. PCOS is nice to me. He said "verifying ballot" then "congratulations, your vote has been casted". Thank you mr. PCOS. There i am excited to have an indelible ink, i was like "~~hey, i have this ink on my finger!~~".

I have another story.

* Start of the story

1.The chairman in my precinct thought that i am not a Filipino ( cause i really don't look like). When she was giving my ballot she said "This is your ballot". After i voted when she was putting the ink on my finger she asked me " Are you a Filipino?". I just nodded yes. I didn't explain myself. haha. I told my mom about this and she was laughing.

2. When i was on my way home just got out in the gate of the polling center, i noticed that i was holding the pen that is used for shading the ballot. Haha, i really wanted to take this home for souvenir. But i watched on tv that this is forbidden. So, i returned the pen. My friend told me that he have took home the pen accidentally. Also, when i was in one precinct as a field tabulator for ABS STI parallel random count one of the chairman said, when they were packing the PCOS and other things for election, the pen will be leaved there cause some of the voters have took it home. Haha, i should have took that home!, my-oh-my!.

I voted ~~Richard "Dick" Gordon~~ based on what he have did in Subic. He cant improve that place if he is corrupt and not intelligent.And my Vice is ~~Manuel Roxas~~. Other positions, i cant remember. But i must commend Mr. Bong Revilla for having hes ~~otso-otso~~ ad, i looked for his name in the ballot for revilla i can't find it. I remember that he is mr. otso-otso. So, campaign jingles are really helpful to recall voters especially the ballot number. I Also voted ~~Kabataan Partylist.~~

It was really a fulfilling-day for me. I have waited for that day to come and exercise my right to vote. Yes, i am not full-blooded Filipino but since birth i lived here, so, i am a Filipino. There were maybe glitches in line but still over-all, the election was successful and low-crime rated. I have voted whom i wanted to vote based on my conscience. I am Happy and Proud of being a part of this history in the Philippines and being a Filipino.

They are starting to invade us!Don't be afraid---it's alright!calm down now. haha. They are not an alien nor a monster!they are only called ~~JEJEMONS~~. what are they?let me explain my title's history first!.

~~JEJE~~ means jejemon and ~~VATION~~ from the word invation, therefore, Jejemons are invading us!.

So now, what are jejemons are?. They are Filipino people who have changed the world of texting into it's unusual dimension. They use unnecessary letters in a word and also includes caps lock and other characters. Here is an example of a normal texting:

~~Hello there? where are you?~~

but in jejetxt (is the term used to define the jejemon style of texting), this is how that'll be:

   ~~3owhz tH3rez? WhE3Rhez Ahr3 YhoOuz?~~

See? can you easily understand that? T.T poor for us to read this message, this will maybe take us minutes to understand. They say that jejemon is from the two word ~~JEJE which is a form of laughing HeHe~~ but they changed the H letters into J letters to make the texting cute. And ~~MON from the cartoon Pokemon~~, combined together---~~JEJEMON~~. I donno the relevance between jeje and pokemon!haha.

They also use this kind of cap, It's like a rainbow-designed one that is called ~~JEJECAP!~~. haha. Ofcourse there's this group of people who hates jejemon and they are called ~~JEJEBUSTERS~~. I am also one of them!!!haha.

There are also types of jejemon:

   1. Mild- eow pU. mxTah poEh.
   2. Moderate-Eow pfOw naH m1sZ pfou qtaH. MwAhx!

I even tried to text this way and our org's adviser told me that i'm a terminal!haha. Malala na in tagalog!.
I knew about this jejemon in facebook. When one of my friend read something about jejemon criticism we were curios about it that lead us searching youtube----and that's where we knew more about them.

Some of the Filipino people doesn't know that they are also using this kind of texting or they are influenced by jejetexting. This really caught the attention of most youth cause i must really admit that they are cute-funny for me, but i am just worried for younger youth cause this may affect their studies when it comes to spelling or vocabulary. Their foundation of learning might ruin cause of this.

There is nothing wrong about this i think but, youth must be responsible with this. As long as nothing will be affected, then Go!It is also some kind of a cute after all.

HEY your comments in my previous post was really a WOW as in. I got all of your attentions. But lemme clear myself muna.

I understand that bloggers really sometimes are busy for it also happen to me especially school days. I understand that we all have our own real life outside the blogosphere. Maybe i wasn't get able to clear the message that i am trying to send to you guys. What i am saying is that "There are bloggers who don't return comments even if they are NOT busy and still continues to post an entry" also i understand that we have no assurance for returned comments all i want was not really a comment but "acknowledgment" i dont care if you dont return a comment back i just want you to put a "hello" on my tagboard or just say that "Hey, stevevhan i read your comment and it was stupid" simple as that. I also understand that there are people not worth giving comments cause they just post comment just to say that they have blog hopped and made their rounds. I also hate those but i still return them. 1. I am into a war (blogging) actually she's not a blogger we can't call her that way cause she posts scandals, nonsense and criticism entries on her blog. The reason why she caught my attention is that ~~SINISIRAAN NIYA ANG SCHOOL KO!~~ and what really pissed me is that those that she wrotes was not really a factual one. She had her post about that and says "there are no future for the students of that school" and guess what? she herself alone didn't get able to study at us, she just got it from student's testimonial and taaaadaaaa ~~i have a post that can create attention and destroy a brand~~. Also, that student, i think have no credibility. A long story. I won't give her link cause maybe she'll get lot of attention and her blog may rank!haha. I'll do the battle alone. She replied on what i said on her post and she got nothing to say!haha. I also used an ALIAS so that she wont get track of me!, Belat! (please be quiet guys!---sssshhhhhhhh.)

2.Last monday my aunt and i was still awake late at night. Then we turn our TV on GMA 7 , we saw a documentary of I Witness entitled "Paraisong Uhaw". So, we were exchanging opinions----we compared the province being featured in the docu (although we wonder on which province is that) and our masbate life. We were shocked when the reporter (Kara David) said that it was in MASBATE we were like "WHAAAAAT? is that in masbate?". The footage was shot in Esperanza, Masbate. That's located in the farthest part of the province and the heat plus drought is being felt there. We also do what they do-----dig for a well to have water for drinking and washing of clothes but in our area we dont drink the water from well cause it's dirty. But you will really pity for them cause sometimes the well was really in drought and they have to fetch for like such kilometers!. So what's the lesson? ~~We are still lucky here cause we can access everything.~~

Hello guys. I am just sad today when i blog hopped and there are some bloggers who did not return their comments. Well, actually i don't blog hop just to gain comments and popularity-----but friends!. Although we don't see each other in person you're still so mean a lot to me. That's why i always thank everyone who'll always have time to comment. Yes, comments are not a 100% assured that you'll get one from a blogger, but my God, at least half will return----but still nothing. I understand that there are maybe some that are busy but atleast diba? try a little effort!!!!.

Ok, now we all know that it's vacation right? but i wanna share you one of the reason why i haven't get able to blog and shut my blog down----the school projects and it is called the "Traffic Light". Yap, our professor tasked us to make a miniature of a road (intersection) with a traffic light! and it is not just a simple one, aside from he did not taught us about the theoretical about the project, he also wants us to make a LEFT TURN for the project. Also, we only have one week to prepare for this project plus at the time that we are making the project we were also having our final exams!yes.....~~that's the way they kill us!.~~

So, i went to a computer to research the logic & the tools that I'll be needing to make this project possible. Next the miniature plan, then after i have done the miniature we headed to the making and soldering for the circuits of the traffic light. This is also the first time that i went alone to Sta. Cruz or also known as Raon particularly in ALEXAN (hey engineering students do you know this store?) . Then when i got home i tested the circuit and guess what...it was a failure!huhu, i was panicking at that time cause there were only few days left to make this project plus finals week and other circuit-related projects.

After the stressful nights that i even have to work until 4:00 o' clock in the morning then have to sleep for like only two hours and have to prepare for an exam that day at 9:00 am---the project was done, and for me, was considered as the most successful project for our class!haha. Considering the fact the our group is the chikka barkada!, do you remember my post regarding about our ~~"chikka barkada"?.~~ If not then this is the explanation:

Masbate hangover stories

Wow, nice to be back again!. After all of the stressful days that school had cost, after last saturday when we passed our last project and also served as the last day of school----i am atlast free!haha, i feel relived and happy cause after that day, something came into my head saying "4th year na ko!" i am near to the critical part of my college life---only one sem and next next sem we will be doing our thesis proposal.

I just got so excited with school that's why i cant help but talk about that----but the topic that i am trying to discuss is about our trip in Masbate for my grandpas funeral. Well at least now i am recovered but still remember him, compare before i am now okay. we stayed there for two weeks and i always wanna live there---if only i could, but you know, the tasks there are more physical and i can't do those, i love the breeze of the air, the summer feeling---everything about a country can offer. The life is so simple that a manila boy can't survive unless you're a person that would like to live a simple life----like me.

The people there like to come here in Manila (just like other promdis) cause they believe that it is much easier to find money here. It is actually on people's perspectives and views about life. Me, before, when i was young, when i was living there i always wanted to live here. But now, that I've got everything that a city life can offer---I'd rather live there cause of the simple life it has.

It's not easy to live there i tell you people. In order for you to drink everyday you have to fetch a water from a hill and bring it to your home. In order for you to eat an omelet for breakfast you have to walk to center of the barangay---few kilometers in order to buy an egg, a bread, a cigarette, and even a shampoo. For you to wash your dirty clothes or take a bath, you have to go the the river and bring your things with you.

SEE? NOT EASY---right? i don't know, but i just love to live there. And one thing i forgot to tell---if you want to pee, you don't need to pay or look for a bathroom....you know what i mean? there are no toilet papers there honey---but leaves!haha.

Province image that i am trying to describe is not that hard, there is still city there where easy access is also available--banking, shopping, etc. Also, another thing reasons why i cant leave there is because, superstitions and NPA is true!!!!swear...so, we have no choice but not stay long there. Although, they say that those NPA are good, but you know, they are still anti!So, we better be careful.

I always wanna thank you guys for keeping your comments coming. I wasnt get able to update and blog hop cause of my Grand pa's death.

Everything that has happened was so fast. I told you before that he has recovered from illness and we are all optimistic that he will survive and get well in just a few weeks of healing. But last February 17, 2010 at 7:15 am (estimated) he passed away.

I am with his side when he was dying together with my mom and praying that God will be with him as he leaves his body. I am happy in where he is today. But he's memories are killing me, our house seems to have lots of left memories of papa lolo, the kitchen where he sits, our living room where he always seeks for boxing (pacquiao) my room where he soundly sleeps. I am always excited to go home before, but now, every time I'm in there, i always cry and cant forget the last smile of his last days, hes suffering on the last night of his life~everything. Hes clothes, hes smell. I regret that i burned the things he used, i should've keep them.

How to forget and move on because as another day passes? the feelings are getting worse and im missing him more. I need words to cheer me up, words of encourgement to stand up and fight the challenges of life.

I cant forget hes face in his coffin, he looks like only sleeping. he looks like Ferdinand Marcos, hes handsome, i want to hug my granpa right now---if only i could.

My eyes are just so tired of crying. I want to stop but i just cant. I need to pray. I am trying to move on, smile but those things are just so hard to do. The guardian of the family have already left.
